She considers a field and buys it. Out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. (Proverbs 31:16 NIV)
FULFILLING HER PURPOSE
Constance Woulard could be appropriately described as a woman of many hats.
Consider, for instance, how God has strategically set her aside for His use, has blessed her to function fervently in her element as a self-proclaimed “anointed educator,” leader, best-selling author, motivational speaker, and mentor.
A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, Woulard is the founder and owner of AWG Consulting, her Montgomery, Alabama-based credible venture that has become a fixture for providing what is known as CMS and Joint Commission survey readiness services to geriatric and long-term care facilities, as well as develop corrective action plans for these facilities to correct survey deficiencies.
In kicking off Making Headline News’ Pre-Essence Festival coverage, Woulard explained at length how she had become greatly inspired to start her featured business in 2018 in memory of my father.
The Essence Festival will take place July 1-4 in the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans.
“He was an attorney and I worked with him, providing research for legal claims of elderly abuse and neglect,” Woulard recalls. “As a leader, one of my main goals is to motivate and professionally develop others to achieve, excel, and perform at their best.”

As Woulard further explained, her quest for achieving sustained success through her featured business endeavor all started back during her days as an undergraduate at the University of Southern Mississippi. An alumna of the Southern Miss with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and English, Woulard subsequently acquired certification in the secondary education sector.
Consequently, Woulard earned Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Nursing Education from William Carey University.
“I went into nursing education because I recognized a need for continuous education at all levels of nursing, from the novice nurse to the seasoned and experienced nurse,” Woulard said. “Learning is continuous. I also educate as I motivate others daily and enjoy public speaking.”
So much, in fact, that Woulard subsequently had become empowered to coin the term “anointed educator” in large part “because I can connect with students at their level and guide them to improve learning strategies and test-taking strategies,” she said. “I currently mentor a cohort of 10 young women and men on leadership development, leadership strategies, and entrepreneurship.”
Interestingly, it is due in large part because of leadership development and mentoring purposes that Woulard’s venture caters mostly to individuals and groups ranging in ages 25 to 45.
“I work with a diverse group of existing leaders, particularly over the age of 50, on leading in the current workplace and leading the millennials and gen-X generational groups,” Woulard said. “This venture has provided new opportunities for me to speak on national platforms. I have spoken on national podcasts such as WinHers United, Stiletto Talks, and F-IT. In addition, I have spoken in various states for commencement exercises for schools of nursing, church functions, and women’s retreats.”
Still, even in the wake of the continuous success of AWG Consulting, Woulard doesn’t shy away from the notion that her company’s best and brightest days are well ahead of it.
“My personal mission is to serve God’s people,” Woulard customarily says without hesitation. “There are people in need of guidance and dealing with issues but don’t know where to turn to seek help. Upcoming leaders require guidance and mentoring to assist them along their leadership journey. It is my personal mission to develop future leaders.”
As for those who have helped fuel her fervent desire to move forward in faith by establishing what has become a national movement, Woulard said: “My parents were my biggest fan and inspiration. My desire to professionally develop leaders comes from an internal drive based upon my personal leadership development. Oftentimes, leaders are developed using (what they refer to as) a ‘trial by fire’ method. This causes many leaders to be ineffective and discouraged. It is my inspiration as a leader to provide sound leadership development. My motivational speaking is inspired by my genuine care and love of people.”
Woulard’s itinerary includes serving as a speaker at the Leadership Experience Tour in September with Sean Fair Consulting, she announced.
In addition, she will be speaking at the Comeback Champion Summit with Che Brown during the SpeakerCon2021 in November.

“I have been public speaking since the age of three,” Woulard said. “I have recently expanded my craft to do more on a bigger scale and platform.”
Much to her delight, she’s doing just that with God, her Helper, steering the way.
“Mathew 5:6 teaches that we are to ‘Let our light so shine before men, that they may see our good works, and glorify our Father, which is in Heaven,’” Woulard said. “I must allow others to see my light through service to humanity, encouraging, and motivating others to be their best self. When I do this, I provide hope to those in need of hope, encouragement to those in need of encouragement, and motivation to those that are in need of being motivated.

“It is my divine mission and purpose to make a difference in the lives of others for the better,” Woulard continued. “So many needs encouragement and become free of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and bondage related to past trauma and mistakes. If I can help individuals release the demons of their past and forgive their younger selves, healing occurs.”
Eloquently and masterfully said by this progressive, Proverbs 31 businesswoman, one who could be appropriately described as a woman of many hats.
Just as God has envisioned for her life all along.
