We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. (Romans 15:1 NIV)
A NATIONAL SUCCESS
Constance Woulard is one compassionate, big-hearted and devout woman faith, one whose entrepreneurial track record is such that she thrives off of empowering people to become better versions of themselves.
Every single chance she gets.
“My passion is to help others overcome self-sabotaging behaviors to become their best,” Woulard, a Montgomery, Alabama-based businesswoman said during a recent interview leading to Making Headline News’ Woman Thou Art Loosed Virtual Experience advance coverage leading to Bishop T. D. Jakes’ annual event.
Much to her delight, coupled with the divine calling on her life, Woulard continues to make immeasurable strides as one who could be appropriately labeled a nationally-acclaimed motivational speaker in her own right.
Woulard, in fact, has enjoyed a considerable amount of success through her featured venture, having been afforded the golden opportunity to put her motivational speaking skills on display in a variety of establishments around the country.
Interestingly enough, Woulard’s national platform itinerary includes upcoming engagements at the Che Brown Comeback Summit 2021. In addition, she will be the featured speaker on the Comeback Champion stage in October.
That’s not all.
Woulard — who has earned mentions in The CEO Weekly and the NY Weekly publications — is slated to be to be the featured speaker with the Shawn Fair Leadership Experience Tour in Troy, Michigan, an empowerment event that is sponsored by Forbes.
A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, Woulard is the founder and owner of AWG Consulting, her Montgomery, Alabama-based credible venture that has become a fixture for providing what is known as CMS and Joint Commission survey readiness services to geriatric and long-term care facilities, as well as develop corrective action plans for these facilities to correct survey deficiencies.
As for her fervent rise as a motivational speaker, Woulard emphasized, among other things, that her strategic mission is centered largely on helping those with low self-esteem, self-doubt, and a lack of confidence to overcome their struggles and present their true authentic self, she told MHN.
“It is important to me that women know their true worth and divine purpose in life and to embrace their God-given beauty,” Woulard said.
What’s even more astounding is that Woulard seemingly has been destined to become an empowerment speaker, whose immeasurable gifts have been nothing short of brilliant.
Not bad for someone who has been actively involved in public speaking since the tender age of three.
“My parents pushed me to be a speaker,” Woulard said. “I am so glad they did because, as a result, I have no fear of public speaking.”
Now we know why.
“I have been inspired by so many in the workplace and my community,” Woulard said of her a business endeavor that has brought her sustained success. “My biggest inspiration was my father, who believed in me and consistently instilled that I can achieve anything. All things are possible.”
A Divisional Nursing Director for Wellpath Recovery Solutions, Woulard also is a two-time bestselling author, as well as a visionary leader.
An alumna of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and English, Woulard subsequently acquired certification in the secondary education sector.
Also, Woulard earned Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Nursing Education from William Carey University.
