She considers a field and buys it. With the fruit of her hands, she plants a vineyard. (Proverbs 31:16 ESV)
LEADING BY EXAMPLE

Earlier this week, Brandi Sholar felt greatly inspired to pay homage to two women, both of whom are connected to her God-manifested purpose.
Said Sholar in Facebook post on the evening of April 25:
“When God placed these two ladies in my life, He knew exactly what He was doing when He said to me: ‘Open a society of sisterhood, an organization which He assured me that it will become global, a million dollar industry,’” said Sholar, recognizing Sharmane Pirchman, her organization’s President, and Semaj Clarke, the organization’s Vice-President. “Don’t tell me what God can’t do. The AWS is about to make a lot of noise all across the world, and we have people daily inquiring about membership. Just wanted to shout my President and Vice-President out, because they are truly dedicated and go over and beyond, and we fully activated with a rich soul.”
Suitably known as Alpha Woman Society Inc., Sholar’s Detroit-based empowerment endeavor is designed in large part to form a society and organization, or what Sholar describes as a “a society hood” of leaders and entrepreneurs who are committed to “coming together in our communities,” the accomplished businesswoman and author told Making Headline News this week.

In essence, Sholar’s Alpha Woman Society Inc.’s mission is centered largely on providing safe havens for women and children, many of whom have suffered domestic abuse, as well as transitional housing, particularly for women who fresh out of prison.
“(Alpha Woman Society Inc.) is committed to helping them with forming a changed mindset and help them get a business find,” Sholar told MHN. “(We strive to help them find) their niche by providing the tools that’s needed to stay out of trouble.”

A rising, credible empowerment that is currently in its infancy stages, Sholar emphasized her organization is seeking “strong alpha women like myself” to join Alpha Woman Society Inc., an organization she said will be available in each of the 50 U. S. states.
“Real soon, it will be hard to join, and I will be taking applications to be a part of this organization,” Sholar said. “So I want people all over the world to join me in the society. It’s a sisterhood and a (rapidly growing) organization. I want to change mindsets and help our communities that’s battling poverty build affordable housing. For them, it’s takes a village of strong, mighty, powerful women, and if we stand together, we can strike this blow and change things.”
An organization that went into full operations in February, Sholar’s Alpha Woman Society Inc. has already partnered with nearly two dozen of like-minded women, a trend the longtime Michigan serial entrepreneur senses is a sign of things to come.
“We’re calling all woman to join the society,” Sholar said. “Let’s change the world. I have so many plans for this organization, but I need leaders that are very serious and ready for what God is getting ready to do in this organization.”
