Brown on Thursday was informed that she will be named Making Headline News’ Co-Woman Of The Year for 2018, joining longtime Houston entrepreneur Necia Jones, who fielded official word of her honor on Wednesday.
As if that isn’t enough to bring her to all smile, the Flint, Michigan-based businesswoman on Thursday learned of another notable development surrounding her illustrious authorship career.
The founder and CEO of Kilgore Publishing, Brown was informed that she will be named Making Headline News’ Co-Woman Of The Year for 2018, joining longtime Houston entrepreneur Necia Jones, who fielded official word of her honor on Wednesday.
A native Mount Morris, Michigan, Brown has surely paid her dues in this ever-so-competitive professional writing industry, considering she is responsible for having authored what is now nine books, five of which she has written single handily.
An official announcement of Making Headline News’ Co-Woman Of The Year will come on December 27.
Last year, author and educator Tyneisha Collins of Osceola, Arkansas was named MHN Woman Of The Year.
