LONE FIVE-STAR EVENT
Michelle Greene Rhodes is destined to do it big in Texas.
A longtime Tampa-area nurse and businesswoman, Rhodes will be hosting what is known as the Emerge Conference: Diversity In Nurse Entrepreneurship in Houston from April 30 to May 2.
This three-day conference that is powered by Michelle Rhodes Media LLC, is Rhodes’ first event of its kind in the Lone Star State and will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Houston Downtown/Convention Center, located at 916 Dallas Street.
Rhodes’ Emerge Conference: Diversity In Nurse Entrepreneurship will be highlighted by a book launch and is designed to allow Texas healthcare professionals to discover a variety of business-related concepts through the world of entrepreneurship, an event that will also include opportunities for veterans, nursing leadership skills, networking and continuing education, according to organizers for the conference.

Interestingly, Rhodes’ strategic emphasis is centered largely on exposing minority nurses to the vast array of opportunities, many of which could greatly enable them to become business owners in the ever-so-competitive healthcare industry.
“That’s something that isn’t often showcased in the field of nursing,” Rhodes said. “With the support of the City of Houston and its vast medical community, this conference will be one that will create history for a diverse group of women and minority nurses.”
A native of St Petersburg, Florida who boasts a solid career as a registered nurse, Rhodes is the mastermind by an immeasurable coaching business, which allows her to inspire and empower nurses into entrepreneurship.
SAVE THE DATES
Rhodes’ well-publicized track record as an RN, by all accounts, has been nothing short of remarkable.
In May 2018, Rhodes witnessed the much-anticipated release of her first book entitled, “The Nurse Echelon: A Victorious Nurse Anthology.”
Comprised of 220 pages, Rhodes’ “The Nurse Echelon: A Victorious Nurse Anthology” is centered mostly on the spiritually-enhancing subject that is victory, most notably how victory has been commonly defined as what she describes as the overcoming of an enemy or antagonist.
As for her forthcoming event in the Houston, Rhodes emphasized, among other things, it is it one that figures to serve as a launchpad, of sorts, for new registered nurses and entrepreneurs, particularly those who have composed books that detail their professional journey and expertise.
