And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 NIV)
GOD’S FAITH STEPPER
DESTINY STEPS — For Chicago-area businesswoman Lisa Boyd, that God has blessed her mightily to defy arguably the toughest of odds is something by which this devout woman of faith doesn’t merely take lightly, as evidenced by how she steadfastly helps advance the kingdom. Boyd is the founder of Inspired By Faith NFP, her rising nonprofit organization that has become a constant fixture in the Body of Christ.
At approximately 2 p.m. CST on June 14, Lisa Boyd deemed it essential to take to her social media timeline, where she wrote a rather spirited, thought-provoking post.
Said Boyd before her gallery of Facebook followers: I’m HAPPY in life! Because I SEEK GOD for EVERYTHING NOW‼️ Proverbs 3-5!
To grasp a thorough concept of why Boyd routinely shares before the masses God’s goodness and mercy, look no further than the array of unfavorable situations and circumstances she’s endured, thus conquered in recent years.
“The last four years of my life have been an emotional roller coaster,” Boyd, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling the memorable, life-altering developments that have greatly shaped her life. “Life after breast cancer has its challenges as well. But for the most part, to God be the glory.”
For Boyd, 52, that God has blessed her mightily to defy arguably the toughest of odds is something by which this devout woman of faith doesn’t merely take lightly, as evidenced by how she steadfastly helps advance the kingdom.

A native of Chicago, Boyd customarily is afforded the golden opportunity to share of her awe-inspiring journey through Inspired By Faith NFP, her rising nonprofit organization that has become a constant fixture in the Body of Christ.
Founded in 2018, Boyd’s Inspired By Faith NFP’s mission is simple, as mentioned in a detailed introduction of this empowerment organization on its Facebook business page.
“We go back and strengthen our sisters and brothers who are currently fighting cancer,” said a spokesperson for Boyd’s Inspired By Faith NFP. “We deliver care packages and encourage them to have faith in God and focus on living.”
A credible organization that is powered by Luke 22:32 — which reads: But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers — Inspired By Faith NFP is widely regarded as faith-based organization that is fully committed to visiting cancer treatment centers to inspire current cancer patients to focus on living and finishing strong, something by which Boyd is destined to do daily, especially considering the slew of obstacles through which she has overcome.
“I’m healed physically,” Boyd says without hesitation while referencing the familiar Biblical passage that is Proverbs 18:21. “God is restoring things back into my life little by little. I know people see me as being this strong woman of God. But the truth is, I take challenging people and situations to God and I choose to be happy and not to complain. And I’m mindful of the words that come out of my mouth.”
Aside from helping others become better versions of themselves through what is steadily emerging as a progressive, thriving nonprofit organization, Boyd’s Inspired By Faith NFP has become a spiritual hub, of sorts, for a variety of inspirational T-shirts and other merchandise, most notably fashionable chunky heels and shoes by what is known as the Stand Tall Boutique.
As Boyd explained, even in the midst of a global coronavirus pandemic that has given way to unprecedented unemployment cases, God’s has yet sustained her economically unlike never before.
A TRUE FIGHTER — For what it’s worth, Boyd has a number of key friends and loved ones to thank, particularly for inspiring her to keep on, keeping on.
“I’m currently unemployed in the Corporate world due to COVID-19,” Boyd said. “But since the layoff from work in March 2020, I can truly testify that God has truly been supplying all of my needs and still blessing me to bless others.”
Interestingly, Boyd has appropriately enhanced her spiritual gifts by sharing what she describes as her “testimony of God’s amazing grace” with the congregation The Dream Center Church of Atlanta, which is pastored by renowned gospel recording artist Bishop William Murphy III.
For her valiant efforts, Boyd was the beneficiary of an award along with several other gifts.
ADVANCING THE KINGDOM — A credible organization that is powered by Luke 22:32 — which reads: But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail.
“What I like most about my nonprofit organization is that I’m helping build people’s faith and hope in God,” Boyd said Boyd, alluding to Romans 8:28. “I’m encouraging them to focus on finishing strong by sharing my testimonies. I fought multiple battles in same season while winning the battle of breast cancer. I learned to stay calm, speak to the mountains and trust God no matter what.”
All things considered, Boyd is overwhelmingly grateful of the fact that God has miraculous healed her from her dreadful battle with cancer, not to mention empowered her in such a way that she is presently walking in the divine purpose for which she was created.
“One of my biggest inspirations is God’s word,” Boyd said. “After hearing Him remind me of these five great scriptures — 3 John 1:2, Isaiah 53:5, Isaiah 54:17, John 11:4 and Ephesians 6:10 — in my mind, I did not want to disappoint God. I wanted to fight and finish strong so that I could go back and let people know that God is truly a healer. He is bigger cancer and gives us power to withstand the attacks of the enemy.”
For what it’s worth, Boyd has a number of key friends and loved ones to thank, particularly for inspiring her to keep on, keeping on.
“My children, my family, and my primary physician, Dr. Mariam Sessetti are greats inspirations in my life,” Boyd said. “My doctor encouraged me to write a book, and I’ve already completed one story and that book will be out the latter part of this year. It’s an anthology with 11 other strong and courageous women and men, sharing their strategies of overcoming the physical attacks of the devil.”
Something by which she can surely attest.
Something by which she has been blessed to overcome.
In the familiar words of Boyd: “To God be the glory!”
