The Founder, Director, and CEO of BPMI Ladies Club Global, Dr. Willis is suitably known as “Coach Roz,” Widely regarded as the Birthing Purpose Coach, Dr. Willis is a Certified Life Coach Practitioner, during which she certifies life coaches through her credible organization.
A beloved stroke and domestic violence survivor, Dr. Willis also is a globally-acclaimed advocate for sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as a humanitarian, who’s equipped with a keen passion for serving her the community and world.
Along with her husband, Tommy Willis Sr., the couple has become dedicated to serving their community in outreach, most notably by feeding the homeless, prison ministry, the area Ladies Tea Outreach, as well as submit global contributions to various non-profit organizations.

Interestingly enough, the Willises are recent recipients of a global award from Women of Hearts Foundation for their valiant global humanitarian efforts.
A devoted wife, Dr. Willis is a mother of six and “Nana of 12 and one on the way.”

Having acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, Dr. Willis earned a Master’s in Counseling and Doctorate Degree In Addiction and Marriage Counseling.
