Swain-Peaks is the Visionary Author of My Journey Down The Road To Restoration, her highly-anticipated anthology that made its ceremonious debut in April 2023.
A spiritually-equipping book that is comprised of seven co-authors, Swain-Peaks’ My Journey Down The Road To Restoration, by all accounts, is an intriguing collaborative written work, one that is centered in large on one’s keen ability to press and navigate through the turbulence life often deals us.

An informative collections of testimonies Swain-Peaks and her co-authors began composing in January and needed somewhere in the neighborhood of four months to complete, this Ocala, Florida-based Visionary Author said her inspiration for hosting her newly-produced anthology comes amid her reverence and honor to God Almighty.
“(I spearheaded this anthology) to give honor to the Most High for the restoration of me,” Swain-Peaks said as part of Making Headline News’ advance coverage of Bishop T. D. Jakes’ International Leadership Summit May 4-6 in Orlando. “(This book is purposed to) to give testimonies so that others realize that the Creator is real, He hasn’t forgotten us, and will deliver us if we allow it.”
As for the divine message she and her fellow co-authors collectively aspire to send to their reading audience, Swain-Peaks emphasized:
“We are quick to blame the Father for the things that go wrong, feeling that despite His word, He has abandoned us, left us to be hurt, forgetting that our free will normally is to blame, the decisions we made despite the warnings, the mindset we have that we can fix it that keeps us from walking through the way of escape that was provided — even the generational curse that left us to carry the weight of a familiar mistake. But through it all, the Most High is kind. When we listen, He brings us through the process and restores us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.”
In many cases, that sometimes dreaded and stormy process is not always easy, Swain-Peaks cautions.
THUS SAID THE LORD
“There may be loneliness, which hurts,” Swain-Peaks said. “But in essence, it forces us to look at ourselves, heal, and learn to love ourselves again while protecting others because it is true that hurt people, hurt people. There may be a rebuilding process, which happens when ties are broken. Sometimes in our blindness, we don’t realize the ties are the problem.”
Days removed witnessing the ceremonious release of My Journey Down The Road To Restoration, Swain-Peaks and her supporting authors have garnered a rash of rave reviews.
“So far there has been excitement,” she told MHN.

Also, Swain-Peaks announced a book on the pros and cons of being a tax professional is currently in the works and is scheduled to be released by October 2023.
As for her newly-released anthology, Swain-Peaks said a Facebook page has been constructed to encourage others through conversations and prayer, particularly those who have endured a dreaded season in the wilderness, but are finding it difficult to weather the process.
