A book she needed somewhere in the neighborhood of eight months to produce, Moye emphasized, among other things, the divine message she aspires to send to her reading audience through Focusing 2 Finish: 21 Day Inspirational Day Journey is centered in large part on ridding ourselves of what she deems “the anxiety of life.”

More than anything, though, Moye acknowledged the Jakes have greatly inspired her to “keep going and stay the course,” particularly with regards to completing her life’s assignments so that she can, in turn, steadfastly be a blessing to others.
“Although, I wanted to give up through all of distractions — divorce, bankruptcy, rejection from people that I thought loved me and would support me, my love taken for granted, my sins and shame of being married regardless of the separation from my ex-husband leaving and I started dating someone else that was married and we ended up married which ended in divorce nothing good came out of it — (the Jakes) made me realize through their teachings to take accountability because I allowed things to happen to me.”

“Bishop and Lady Jakes, first and foremost, I want to thank you for being the epitome of God’s love and His image, never giving up regardless of the many obstacles you’ve faced, sacrificing so much of you in order to give so many of us life again. God heard my cries and He delivered me, and now I can share my life’s journey with others, giving them hope and to live by faith.”
