“Since 2014, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success, not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts,” the Rousseves said in an introduction of their organization on its website. “Just imagine what we can achieve together!”
Interestingly enough, Lakisha Rousseve announced that since the startup of ROC, she and has been blessed mightily to spearhead a documentary called, The Rise of Leadership Under Banner Kreation, LLC.
STAY TUNED
“I am a woman of prayer, and after posting the vision of the heart conference last summer, I was led to do a documentary of the youth conference,” Lakisha Rousseve told MHN. “The documentary is the leadership from many aspects. We used the analogy of an eagle, an ox, and lion to in regard to the character-like traits of a leader.”
According to Lakisha Rousseve, her newly-produced documentary is geared mainly towards teens-to-young adults.
As Lakisha Rousseve explains, she doesn’t shy away from the notion that her documentary, by all accounts, is a testament of how God is steadfastly allowing her gifts to make room for her.
“I have spoken locally and to the nations,” Lakisha Rousseve said. “In June, I went to London and, a few months ago, I traveled to the US Virgin Islands. I hope to give people an overall view of leadership from the home, to church, to the community.
GOD-ORDERED STEPS
More than anything, Lakisha Rousseve acknowledged, the Holy Bible inspired her documentary.
“I am inspired by anyone who dares to live authentic and fearless,” she said. “The Bible says, ‘God is no respecter of a man.’ So why not you and me? I hope the documentary inspires the mother who’s raising children to the visionary of having served in the military.”
