I have told you all this so that you may have peace in Me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world. (John 16:33/NLT)
AFTER YOU’VE SUFFERED AWHILE
Approximately two months ago, Elder Nodella Sacajawea Jordan had ultimately found herself at the right place at the right time — by way of an ever-evolving social media platform.
“I was listening to a pastor on social media and, in the midst of a point he was making that registered with me, the Holy Spirit says, ‘A healed mind,’” Jordan, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, referring to a recent TikTok post. “I said, ‘I like that’ and then added, ‘is a powerful mind.’”
And just that, Jordan had subsequently become the beneficiary of what could be appropriately described as a heaven-mandated vision, of sorts, one that figures to alter the overall landscape of her life.
And others, of course.

“(The Holy Spirit) then tells me, ‘Now do a conference,’” Jordan recalls. “My response was, ‘A conference?’ He replied, ‘A conference.”
And if God said it, that settles it, as this devout woman of faith had eventually come to discover, just as she has on numerous occasions since she ceremoniously accepted her divine calling to ministry.
“Immediately, I began to brainstorm on where to even start first,” Jordan explained. “(God) gave me January as the date as well as the speakers.”
It is, by all accounts, due to Jordan’s keen act of obedience that her inaugural A Healed Mind (…is a Powerful Mind) Virtual Conference 2024 will become a much-anticipated reality January 12-13.
As part of Making Headline News’ advance national media coverage for Bishop T. D. Jakes’ 2024 International Leadership Summit from Dallas, Texas March 21-23, Jordan spoke at length about how she had initially planned for her empowerment conference to be an in-person assembly.
“But then I consulted with my business coach who told me to do it virtually,” Jordan, 55, the Baltimore-based founder and CEO of NSJ Ministries, told MHN. “I reached out to the four speakers, and all accepted without hesitation.”
The opening day of Jordan’s A Healed Mind (…is a Powerful Mind) Virtual Conference 2024 will take place from 7-10 p.m. EST, followed by a 10 a.m.-2 p.m. EST assembly on the final day.
The cost for the two-day conference is $49 and registration is available via Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/a-healed-mind-conference-2024-registration-752942871397.
This faith-based event is open to the public.

Powered by NSJ Ministries, Jordan’s A Healed Mind (…is a Powerful Mind) Virtual Conference 2024 will feature four empowerment speakers.
Evangelist Beverley Vaughn will be the opening-day speaker.
Archbishop J. Bernard Richardson, Apostle Melinda J. Sutton, and Pastor Kedeisha Fountain will serve as speakers during the conference finale.
Also, the conference will include guest recording artists, Pastor Ruthie McClure and Sean Gardner, as well as testimonials by individuals, particularly those who have achieved a healed mind, according to organizers for Jordan’s inaugural conference.
In addition, a Q and A segment will take place during this virtual assembly.
“There are many believers living with past traumas, even from their childhood,” said Jordan, when asked what stands out the most regarding A Healed Mind (…is a Powerful Mind) Virtual Conference 2024. “And it has hindered every area of their life, whether they realize it or not. Most people limit trauma to sexual, physical, emotional, and verbal abuse,” Jordan, a longtime licensed evangelist, continued. “But I see every day in the workplace, people experiencing trauma due to working for someone who is a bully because of their authority, their contribution to the business is dismissed and not recognized or praised, and they’re made to feel less than and so many other scenarios.”
SEASON OF A BREAKTHROUGH
For what it’s worth, Jordan is forever grateful she steadfastly followed the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which has enabled her to spearhead a conference she senses will help enrich and advance the kingdom for years to come.
“As I worked through the details, my desire was to not just have another conference, but to make sure the people leave better than how they came…with answers and tools to implement after the conference,” Jordan told MHN. “Ultimately, with every detail of the conference, I consulted with Holy Spirit in which He gave His approval. I’ve asked Holy Spirit why me and this subject conference, but as I continue to talk to people, it is evident that it’s needed, as well as I feel the body of Christ don’t deal with traumas enough. Although it is in the vein of mental health, my focus is moving from the place of healing to healed.”
More than anything, Jordan emphasized, her forthcoming conference figures to serve as a golden opportunity on her part to exemplify a great deal of transparency to the masses.

“When we arrive at ‘healed,’ that situation is over and no longer has a hold on you nor does it cause triggers,” Jordan said. “Personally, having experienced life-altering traumas and what it took to get healed from them, it’s not an easy process because it forces you to face the trauma, which many still are unable to because remembering the act is very traumatic.
“We cannot continue to sweep our traumas under the rug, bury it in the backyard, or just pretend it never happened or don’t exist. I did not want the traumas I had experienced to continue to have a grip on me when I’m ministering and seeing others be healed, but you return home to only be reminded of your unresolved traumas.”
