And then God answered: “Write this. Write what you see. Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision-message is a witness pointing to what’s coming. It aches for the coming — it can hardly wait! And it doesn’t lie. If it seems slow in coming, wait. It’s on its way. It will come right on time. (Habakkuk 2:2-3/MSG)
LEADING THE CHARGE
Shameshia Holmes is overwhelmingly rapturous.
And rightfully so.
That’s because Holmes, a rising Springfield, Massachusetts-based writer, has emerged as one of 13 co-authors who will grace the pages of Home Care Around The Globe Volume I, Dr. Wright’s anthology that will make its ceremonious debut March 9 amid International Women’s Day.
Generally, Home Care Around The Globe Volume I is endeavored in large part to serve as a movement, of sorts, one designed to educate, empower, collaborate, and innovate together.

To her credit, Holmes penned the designated chapter entitled, Care To Care, for an anthology that is currently in its production’s final stages.
Presale orders for the book are effectively underway. Holmes’ book can be purchased by contacting her via email at [email protected].
As part of Making Headline News’ advance national media coverage for Bishop T. D. Jakes 2024 International Leadership Summit from Dallas March 21-23, Holmes said her strategic vision for joining Dr. Wright’s third book collaboration is because she was destined to be a part of something she sensed was “really great.”
The CEO and executive director of Care To Care Quality Care Staffing Agency, Holmes doesn’t shy away from the notion that she’s happy she diligently stepped out on faith by penning her first book project.
“There are (13) women that came together to create something so inspiring that can help someone else who wants to get into this field of work,” Holmes, a native of Springfield, said. “It gave me the platform to tell my story end my experience in the field.”
Interestingly enough, Holmes’ fervent quest to become a first-time published author comes amid the startup of her featured business endeavor, which officially went into operations in April 2021.
“I find great satisfaction in creating and developing my business, Care To Care Quality Care Agency, from the ground up,” Holmes told MHN. “I take pride in providing much-needed care and support to my community and supervising a dedicated staff of caregivers who share my commitment to excellence. The ability to combine my passion for caring for others with building a successful business is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continue striving for excellence.
“I was inspired to start my business by caring for my grandmother, Ernestine Holmes, when she became ill,” Holmes continued. “Her journey through illness and the care that she needed motivated me to provide support and care for others in similar situations. Additionally, my children have been a great source of inspiration for me. Their presence and the responsibility of caring for them drove me to create a business that supports my family and helps improve the lives of others in need.”

Now just weeks away from witnessing her authorship debut come full circle, Holmes said her divine message through her chapter is centered largely on empowering readers to become better versions of themselves, particularly through the ever-evolving world of entrepreneurship.
“(I’m determined to let my) readers know why I started my business and my journey along the way,” Holmes said. “(I want) to also share some simple tools that may help the reader who wants to open a home care business in Massachusetts.”
