The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (John 10:10/NKJV)
ISN’T SHE LOVELY?
By all accounts, a broken disk would ultimately give way to a life-altering breakthrough for Keisa Campbell.
“It was first brought to my attention that I would write a book in 2014 but I was in disbelief and didn’t think much more about it,” Campbell, during an interview this week with Making Headline News as part of its 2024 Essence Music Festival advance coverage, said, recalling the awe-inspiring developments surrounding her featured book project. “I started writing in 2019 and then dropped my disk that it was on and broke it and couldn’t retrieve anything from it, so I put it to the side because I couldn’t bring myself to start over.
“Well, in 2020, I was going live (via social media) with women who were asking me to come on their platforms to talk about Beautiful Living, Campbell continued. “Seemingly each time, someone in the audience would say, ‘Please tell me there’s a book.’ I would say, ‘It’s coming’ or ‘I’m working on it,’ but wasn’t because I thought about the broken disk and wouldn’t do anything. So, in 2023 I started writing again from scratch.”
And the rest, as they say, was history.

As Campbell recalls, she began composing her featured book sometime in early 2023 and finished it just before Spring.
“However, I let it sit until January 2024 and decided to publish it after I resigned from my job,” Campbell, and Atlanta native, told MHN.
Since the recent release of Campbell’s latest book, she has become the beneficiary of an assortment of rave reviews.
Besides The Journey To Beautiful Living, Campbell has authored an eBook “that I only sell on my website for now,” she said. Also, has co-authored two other written works.
Another solo-authored book, she said, is on the horizon.
“Yes, there is another book that I plan to write, which I will start on as soon as God gives me the go,” Campbell, an esteemed Beauty Coach and Life Strategist, said.
As for her latest book, Campbell said:
“The single, most underlying reason I chose to produce the book was because it is needed. I believe that the pillars within The Journey to Beautiful Living represent whole-life wellness and address essential aspects of fulfillment and personal growth.”
