Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV)
SET ASIDE FOR GOD’S USE
Just recently, Cynthia McKnight paused to assess her memorable upbringing, particularly how her awe-inspiring journey has greatly helped propel her for ministry.
For what it’s worth, no one can seemingly tell it like she can.
“I come from a family of six and I’m the baby girl and fifth child,” McKnight, during a recent interview with Making Headline News, said, recalling the slew of life-altering developments that have helped enrich and shape her life. “I have four brothers and one sister. As a child, I always love helping and caring for others. I was always going to the underdog…the ones people didn’t value and give attention to. I wanted them to know they are loved.”
It is due in large part to the divine calling on her life that McKnight’s unyielding love is felt — and embraced — throughout the Body of Christ, most notably as the co-Pastor of Love Kingdom Fellowship Church, a place that is widely regarded as an institution where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome.

Located at 545 Beckett Road, Suite 206 in Logan Township, New Jersey, Love Kingdom Fellowship Church’s strategic mission is centered in large part on customarily creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God’s glory.
For Pastor McKnight, who oversees the day-to-day operations of Love Kingdom Fellowship Church alongside her companion, Senior Pastor Warren C. McKnight Sr., her rise to functioning fervently in ministry comes amid humble beginning, this devout woman of faith told Making Headline News as part of its national coverage of Sarah Jakes Roberts’ inaugural Woman Evolve Conference that takes place September 26-28 from Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

“I was brought up in the church and I’m grateful for that,” Cynthia McKnight told MHN. “My mom and my dad are my heroes. It’s not that they have done everything right. It’s because they positioned me on the right foundation. I always had a passion for the arts. I loved drawing and acting. In high school, I minored in theater and fell in love with it. I later started doing skits, plays, PSA’s and more.”
Some of Cynthia McKnight’s notable projects on stage include After Church Is Over, a theatrical show she’s currently turning into a TV series. She also starred in Steel Toe, an onstage show that depicts a rash of generational curses.
“I then later wanted to do a film so I (enrolled at) Rowan College and took a class and studied videos to learn how to direct,” said Cynthia McKnight whom, much to her delight, appeared in her first film, The Story of Adam and Eve From A Different Prospective.
Interestingly enough, Cynthia McKnight appeared in a biopic film, True Women’s Stories: You Hurt Me But I’m Healed. Also, her most recent work, The Therapist, is currently in film festivals.
“I love using the gifts that God has given me,” Cynthia McKnight, a native of Chester, Pennsylvania, said. “My desire is to keep sharing all that God had place in me, to make a difference, and leave a legacy.”
A well-respected, globally-acclaimed godly personality who’s suitably known as a woman of many hats, Cynthia McKnight doesn’t shy away from the notion that helping to advance the kingdom is what she values the most.
“(What I love most about ministry is) teaching and demonstrating the love of God and sharing with others His word and How to truly enjoy life God’s way,” Cynthia McKnight said. “I believe that leaders serve, and I enjoy serving as well as leading. I love God so much and I want to make Him smile. We were all born with a temperament and it’s important that we all know our strengths and weaknesses.”
A progressive, thriving ministry that is comprised of individuals ranging in ages five-to-83, the McKnight’s’ are steadily helping attract global presence to a church that has become a fixture for residents in as far as Uganda, a landlocked country in East Africa.
There, the McKnights have engaged in mission work as well as spread the gospel, trends they sense will empower to them to serve in other countries in the foreseeable future.

“I desire people to enjoy God and to have a healthy relationship with Him — within themselves and others,” Cynthia McKnight told MHN. “I’m called to the stage, called to help people. I love to be generous and serve and I love to make a great impact in the lives of everyone that I meet.”
To her credit, she’s certainly doing just that.
