“Overall, my initial reaction to being nominated for and receiving an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities would be a mix of surprise, gratitude, humility, pride, excitement, and reflection,” Dr. Roberts-Singleton told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “It would be a momentous occasion that marks the culmination of years of dedication and passion for the pursuit of knowledge and the humanities.”
