Although her Second Annual Reclaim Your Confidence Conference is scheduled for next summer, this esteemed Confidence Coach and Motivational Speakers sensed that now would be the ideal time to promote her highly-anticipated empowerment event.
During an interview this week with Making Headline News, Stanley announced the Reclaim Your Confidence Conference will take place June 6-7 at the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas City Center, located at 4655 Dean Martin Drive in Las Vegas.

Suitably known as the Visionary and Founder for her featured empowerment event, Stanley emphasized, among other things, the purpose for the Reclaim Your Confidence Conference is centered in large part on creating what she describes as a “powerful, transformative” space where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength and reclaim the confidence they may have lost or never fully embraced.
“That loss may have been from trauma or life situations,” Stanley told MHN. “This conference is designed to provide participants with practical tools, expert insights, and empowering experiences that help them break through self-limiting beliefs and build authentic, lasting confidence.”

Moreover, the accomplished Vegas philanthropist acknowledged, her forthcoming assembly, like last year’s inaugural event, will attract a variety of “dynamic” speakers, interactive workshops, and a supportive community, all of which are committed to empowering attendees to step into their full potential.
“It’s not just about temporary motivation but creating real, sustainable change in how people view themselves and what they’re capable of,” Stanley said. “My goal is for everyone who attends to walk away with a renewed sense of self-belief, actionable strategies to implement in their daily lives, and the courage to take bold steps toward their personal and professional goals. It’s a movement to inspire confidence from within and to help others realize that they are capable of far more than they may have ever imagined.”
The inaugural Reclaim Your Confidence Conference was held back in June, a riveting, spiritually-empowering assembly that was as good as advertised, Stanley recalls.
“It had evolved in exciting ways to provide an even deeper, more impactful experience for our attendees,” Stanley said. “One of the biggest changes that we will implement for June 2025 will be to expanded focus on interactive, hands-on sessions.
Interestingly enough, Stanley added:
“We’ve introduced new breakout workshops that allow participants to engage more directly with speakers, practice the strategies being taught, and dive deeper into their personal confidence-building journeys. This shift encourages more active participation, making the experience more personal and transformative.”
To her credit, Stanley labeled the public’s reaction to the Reclaim Your Confidence Conference as “overwhelmingly positive and truly inspiring.”

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Stanley has become a fixture for wearing a number of hats, most notably that of a speaker, author, and confidence coach, one who focuses on empowering women to reclaim and increase their confidence, particularly those who have experienced trauma or challenging life situations.
Currently a resident of Las Vegas, Stanley boasts a solid educational background, one that includes two Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting/Financial Management.
She’s currently enrolled in a Doctoral program.
Much to her delight, Stanley’s immeasurable journey into confidence coaching, she said, stems primarily from her a rash of personal experiences of overcoming significant challenges as a single parent and surviving abusive relationships.
In addition, it is due in large part to her “past struggles with confidence” that subsequently have fueled her fervent passion for empowering women to regain self-assurance, thus pursue their goals with vigor, she said.
Stanley is five-time published author of five books, including her featured written work, The Power of Confidence: 7 Ways To Reclaim & Ignite Your Confidence, a 52-page masterpiece that made its ceremonious debut in May 2024.
Also, Stanley has collaborated with nine book projects to date, including three with prominent empowerment personalities Les Brown and Dr. Cheryl Wood.
