Esteemed certified leadership coach Esther Adelana and Life/Business coach Dr. Marcea Burnette Whitaker, MD have announced they are spearheading what is suitably known as the 2025 International Leadership Conference and Tea Prime Leadership Excellence Awards.

She acquired certificates in Public Policy and Leadership from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance, GOTNI Leadership Center, African Center for Leadership, Strategy and Development, Lagos Business School, Sustainability Center.
Also, Adelana is a Fellow of the Institute of Public and Corporate Administrators of Nigeria.
She has trained in several corporate bodies, including the Nigerian Labour Congress, Lagos Chapter and has appeared on programs such as NTA and the Nigerian Police Radio (99.1 FM).
Adelana is a researcher and a participant of the African Research Councillor Programme at Wheeler Institute For Business and Development, London Business School.
As a Creative Writer and Cultural Administrator, Adelana’s research focuses on Cultural Policy, Diplomacy, Digital Heritage, Gender Mainstreaming in Cultural Administration and Management.

In 2022 she was awarded a lifetime member of the World Innovation Alliance, an international organization in Spain, an honor that collaborates with companies, institutions and influential multidisciplinary professionals from more than 200 countries to bring solutions to the global challenges of leadership, education, health, and poverty.
Adelana is a fellow of LEAP Africa Leadership Training Programme (2022), the Forward Program at McKinsey & Company (2023), Female & More Social Impact Program (2022), a pioneer graduate of the Thrive Program (2023) at Plan International Nigeria Fellow, Young Women Leaders Program (2024) at Leap Leadership Institute, and Fellow, Ebedi International Writers’ Residency.
She has served as a judge for several writing contests, including the ANA/Yusuf Ali SAN Prize, and Splendors of Dawn Poetry Foundation.
