Three of Dr. Jennifer Bryant’s well-publicized book projects have landed on one of the nation’s grandest stages.
Dr. Bryant on December 13 spearheaded what was suitably known as the Step Into Leadership Greatness Volumes 1-3 Takes Over New York’s Times Square, an empowerment event during which this esteemed Mitchellville, Maryland-based Visionary Author and several of her fellow co-authors graced a billboard in the heart of New York’s major commercial intersection, tourist destination, entertainment hub, and neighborhood in the Midtown Manhattan section of the America’s largest city.
Formed by the junction of Broadway, Seventh Avenue, and 42nd Street — together with adjacent Duffy Square — Times Square is a bowtie-shaped plaza that spans five blocks between 42nd and 47th Streets.

Generally, Times Square is brightly lit by numerous digital billboards and advertisements, as well as businesses offering 24/7 service.
Widely regarded as one of the world’s busiest pedestrian intersections, Times Square also is the hub of the Theater District, where most Broadway theatres are located, and is a major center of the world’s entertainment industry. Interestingly enough, Times Square is one of the world’s most visited tourist attractions, drawing an estimated 50 million visitors annually.
Moreover, approximately 330,000 people pass through Times Square daily — many of whom are tourists — while over 460,000 pedestrians walk through the district on its busiest days.

During an interview this week with Making Headline News, Dr. Bryant said the purpose for the Step Into Leadership Greatness Volumes 1-3 Takes Over New York’s Times Square assembly was centered in large part on highlighting what she describes as the authors’ journey of purpose, perseverance, authenticity, and leadership in action — showing that when leaders embrace their calling and share their stories, the impact extends far beyond themselves.
“It served as a public celebration of their accomplishments and leadership influence,” said Dr. Bryant, adding that her rise to landing on Times Square wouldn’t have come to fruition without the tireless authorship contributions of her co-authors. There were several authors on the billboard at the event. There were authors represented from all volumes.”

Consequently, Step Into Leadership Greatness: Leaders Producing Leaders debuted in April 2022, followed by Step Into Leadership Greatness: Be A Force Multiplier: Elevating Others To New Heights in February 2025.

Magazine, the authors’ billboard reveal celebration turned their leadership recognition into an event that brought community and celebration together in a public, impactful way, said Dr. Bryant, the first woman to be named both Making Headline News Woman of The Year and International Women’s Day Woman of the Year.
