A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great. (Proverbs 18:16/NIV)
MASSIVE GLOBAL IMACT

For Dr. Theresa A. Moseley, such philosophical words have resonated in her spirit for the past 35 years, the kind of enlightenment she embraces and holds close to the vest to this very day.
“My father told me in 1988, six months before he passed away, that there is no glass ceiling for me and for me to live in my purpose every day,” Dr. Moseley recalls. “This…I do.”
Fortunately for Dr. Moseley, she has steadfastly heeded the wise counsel of her late father, given the assortment of accomplishments this esteemed global peace ambassador has enjoyed throughout the years.
By all accounts, 2025 was especially a year to remember for Dr. Moseley, an Upper Marlboro, Maryland-based educator-turned-philanthropist who has been named Making Headline News Woman of the Year for 2025, as announced by the Dallas/Fort Worth-based media outlet.
SALTUTING WOMEN WHO HELP SHAPE OUR WORLD
“This year is a memorable one as I received over 10 recognitions and awards for leadership and peace,” Dr. Moseley said.
To her credit, Dr. Moseley fielded high praise amid a host of accolades, most notably her valiant contributions at the Global Delegation in Kunda, India during which she laid the first bricks for the E Village Women’s Empowerment Center Mahila Udyami.
Also, Dr. Mosely was named a recipient for the Fluxx Award Peace and Leadership in Hong Kong and traveled to one of the seven wonders of the world, The Great Wall of China, where she prayed for peace in the world.
Interestingly enough, Dr. Moseley was crowned Ms. Maryland Corporate America Honorary Queen 2025 and was recognized as one of the Global Thought Leaders for 2025 by the London Organization of Skills Development.

Consequently, she celebrated International Peace Week by launching her 28th book, this one entitled Peace Within: The Home The School The Community & Work The World, which was released during her Third Annual Virtual Passion Purpose Peace Summit and Live Passion Purpose Peace Summit in September.
During the Summit, Dr. Moseley recognized 110 individuals with a crystal award for serving others and making a difference in the world.
“This book is written by co-authors from different countries around the world,” Dr. Moseley told MHN during a May 2025 interview. “They all provide clear expectations and practical strategies for achieving inner peace. Their personal experience resonates well, and their content is engaging. Each chapter will have specific strategies to have a positive climate and culture. Although this book has not been released, when I talk to individuals about this project the common response is, this is needed, especially in the world today.
“There is too much violence and fear and not a lot of hope and faith. Writing about the importance of inclusivity, mindfulness, and diverse cultural perspectives on peace is what the world needs now.”

Also this year, Dr. Moseley, along with a gallery of co-authors, was on hand for a billboard drop in Times Square for Dr. Marcea B. Whitaker’s anthology, Destiny Exposè: The Leading Ladies Volume 1.
“I give credit to my Lord and Savior for all my accomplishments,” said Dr. Moseley, assessing 2025. “It’s through daily prayer and meditation that I receive all that I need to accomplish my goals.”
Looking ahead, Dr. Moseley said she’s destined to encounter greater accomplishments in 2026.
Amongst her notable ambitions throughout the upcoming year include:
- Take part in her first keynote speech in Port St Lucie, Florida during the Phenomenal Women Awards
- Attend the Second Annual Global Delegation in India and ribbon cutting for Mahila Udyami
- Launch her 30th book, Whispers of Serenity: Daily Affirmations For Peace, during International Peace Week
- Launch her Enhancing The Light coaching program and,
- Serve as a keynote speaker in August for the Leadership Experience Tour.
“My latest accomplishment, my Peace Summit, is a testament of my hard work because I had keynote speakers and awardees travel from all over the world to attend the event and share their messages on purpose and peace,” Dr. Moseley told MHN. “During a time when our world is in turmoil, it did not stop our peacemakers from traveling and participating in my annual event. It took eight months to plan the virtual summit, book launch, VIP Meet and Greet, and the live event was sold out and rewarding to everyone who attended.
LEADING THE CHARGE

“I met so many amazing thought leaders in 2025,” Dr. Moseley continued. “I joined a powerful group of women in Black Door Society (under the direction of Sharrarne Morton), and I created the foundation for my coaching program for 2026. I will continue to live in my purpose and show other women how to become successful, fulfilled, prosperous, and have inner peace. Peace and blessings.”
