SAVE THE DATE, FELLAS: Texas minister Stephanie M. Seaton to host Men Hurt Too Conference June 27 from Tyler

Andre Johnson March 9, 2026

Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! (Psalm 133:1)

COME ONE, COME ALL

POWER PACKED EVENT —- An esteemed Tyler, Texas faith leader, Stephanie M. Seaton announced she is hosting what is suitably known as the My Brothers Keeper-Men Hurt Too 2026 Men’s Empowerment Initiative, a Christ-centered event designed to empower godly men to steadfastly become better versions of themselves.

DALLAS — Stephanie M. Seaton is destined to run it back.

Only this time, she’s doing so from another city.

An esteemed Tyler, Texas faith leader, Seaton announced she is hosting what is suitably known as the My Brothers Keeper-Men Hurt Too 2026 Men’s Empowerment Initiative, a Christ-centered event designed to empower godly men to steadfastly become better versions of themselves.

Last year’s conference was held in Dallas.

Powered by Healing Empowerment Transformation Diamonds In The Rough Ministries, Empowering Men Through Healing, the My Brothers Keeper-Men Hurt Too 2026 Men’s Empowerment Initiative will take June 27 with from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. CST. at The Potpourri House, located at 3320 Troup Highway, Suite 300, in Tyler.

Tickets to the conference are $35 and registration is available at  https://square.link/u/v9iZ0aGG, by emailing Seaton at stephaniemseatontheauthor@gmail.com, or by scanning the QR code on the event’s flyer.

Early registration is required as seating is limited, organizers for the conference said, adding that five vendor spaces are available.

“Men carry silent battles every day… but they don’t have to carry them alone,” Seaton, a longtime ordained minister, author, speaker, publisher, podcaster, and healing advocate said via Facebook in a March 1 post. “Join us for the Men Hurt Too Conference, a powerful gathering created to give men a safe space to heal, release, grow, and reconnect with God.”

Generally, Seaton’s My Brothers Keeper-Men Hurt Too 2026 Men’s Empowerment Initiative is centered in large part on a great deal of transparency, transformation, and truth, the faith leader said.

“Real stories. Real struggles. Real healing,” Seaton said.

By all accounts, attendees, conference organizers said, can expect to witness the following:

  • Real conversations about relationships, identity and emotional trauma
  • Practical tools for leadership, fatherhood and accountability
  • Transparent panel dialogue from anthology authors
  • Upscale catered meal experience
  • Raffles, door prizes & powerful networking and,
  • A space where men can be strong and still be honest

Hosted by Melvin Bruce Lee, the My Brothers Keeper-Men Hurt Too 2026 Men’s Empowerment Initiative will feature a gallery of guests, most notably keynote speaker Dwight DeRamus, as well as Deric Durden, Dr. Maurice McMillian, and Rev. Ricardo Porter.

The faith-based assembly will also include a special panel discussion comprised of a gallery of co-authors for Seaton’s highly-anticipated anthology, Unmasking Stories Behind The Strong Faces, which made its ceremonious debut in December 2025.

“This transformational half-day experience addresses the emotional, relational, and generational challenges men silently carry,” Seaton said. “Designed to confront the cultural expectation that men must always appear strong, the conference provides an atmosphere where strength and vulnerability coexist.”

MIGHTY MEN OF VALOR — “Men carry silent battles every day… but they don’t have to carry them alone,” Seaton, a longtime ordained minister, author, speaker, publisher, podcaster, and healing advocate said via Facebook in a March 1 post. “Join us for the Men Hurt Too Conference, a powerful gathering created to give men a safe space to heal, release, grow, and reconnect with God.”

NEW BOOK ALERT — Seaton’s highly-anticipated anthology, Unmasking Stories Behind The Strong Faces, made its ceremonious debut in December 2025.

In a culture that tells men to “man up” but never “open up,” Seaton emphasized that Men Hurt Too stands as a restorative response.

“This initiative is part of Diamonds in the Rough Ministry’s broader mission: Healing. Empowerment. Transformation,” Seaton said. “Because when men heal, families heal. Marriages heal. Communities heal. Generational shifts.”
