“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” (Philippians 2:3 ESV)
HEART OF GOLD
For someone who has yet to reach 30 years of age, Chadrika L. Johnson is having a massive, immeasurable impact in the business community, most notably in both the healthcare and childcare sectors.
Johnson, in fact, is an accomplished entrepreneur whom, much to her delight, is savoring the best of both worlds as the face of Advance Fast, LLC and Molding From The Start Childcare Center.
For Johnson, a native of Brunswick, Georgia, her rise to entrepreneurship success has come amid an array of in-depth research and soul-searching, a trend that, in turn, has provided her with the insight she needed to thrive in both the educational and medical sectors.
“After attending college and seeking a criminal justice degree, I then went a step further by attending Savannah Technical College Peace Officer Academy,” Johnson told Making Headline News during a weekend interview. “Still undecided on what it is I wanted to do, I crossed over into the medical field.

“While going from a full time to a part time educator, I decided to implement education and healthcare, and became a healthcare educator.”
And the rest, as they say, was history for this young, vibrant businesswoman, whose best and brightest days are well ahead of her in her selected industry.
“This is where my heart is and what I will continue to do for a career,” Johnson of having emerged as an efficient, resourceful healthcare educator. “The things I love about business is being my own boss, meeting new people, helping others pursue their goals, start a career in healthcare, working with children and, most of all, using my business platforms to minister to other people.”
All at the tender age of 29.
Widely regarded as the No. 1 Healthcare Educators that’s located at 5971 East New Jesup Highway in Brunswick, Johnson’s Advance Fast, LLC has become a fixture for customarily offering quick, convenient, and affordable trade for individuals who are too busy or can’t afford to attend a technical college or university.
Meanwhile, Johnson’s Molding From The Start Childcare Center is centered largely on providing children an outlet whereby they can grow in what she describes as a stimulating and challenging educational environment.
“Teachers enrich our atmosphere with warmth and a passion for education,” Johnson acknowledged.
Interestingly, the first six years of a child’s development is designed in large part as a strategic way to lay the foundation for acquiring social skills and competence in communication, reading, mathematics and reasoning skills that are essential for scholastic success, Johnson cites.
“Our childcare center building is designed to provide a comfortable setting for children where they feel safe and free to discover their surroundings,” Johnson said.
Fortunately for Johnson, her entrepreneurial accolades have given way to an array of exposure, particularly on a national scale.
Johnson’s Advance Fast LLC, for instance, has afforded her the luxury to travel to a variety of establishments around the nation, most notably throughout Georgia and Florida during which she was allowed to educate and train individuals and groups a healthcare educator.
In addition, Johnson hosted students from as far as Maryland, Virginia, and Tennessee to become knowledgeable about her rising endeavors and expertise.
“My personal mission for doing (functioning in these arenas) is to be able to inspire, empower, motivate and minister to others,” Johnson said.
All things considered, Johnson’s rise to sustained success as a young entrepreneur didn’t come easily, not by a long short.
During her childhood, Johnson endured an array of hardships, including sexually abuse, battling depression, not to mention what she describes as “a step away from being homeless with two children.”
“(Those hardships) drove me to strive for more,” Johnson said. “All my life, I felt like I was being controlled by others and I feel like I can now be in control of my own story…God and myself.”
A graduate of Brunswick’s Glynn Academy High School, Johnson is currently enrolled at South Georgia State College. Her tenure as educators spans nine years. Her stint both as a healthcare professional and entrepreneur date back to 2014.
Interestingly, Johnson’s authorship debut came to fruition in November 2019 with the release of “The Way She Saw Me,” a 20-page fiction book she composed amid some rather disheartening challenges her son faced in kindergarten.

“My son is what some would label as ADHD and is slightly taller than some children his age,” Johnson said in a detailed introduction of her book at Amazon.com. “When I met with his previous teacher, she said somethings that didn’t sit well with me. I felt her choice of words were out of line. With this book, I want to deliver a message to educators working with children with disabilities and made up of different sizes.
“We as educators must watch the way we speak to children and speak of children. Speaking negative things of a child, to a child, and/or over a child plants a negative seed into children.”
A court-appointed specialist For Abused and Neglected Children, Johnson’s “The Way She Saw Me” is also available at Walmart.com and other online retailers where children’s books are sold.
