Now Jay Vinson has added yet another title to his immeasurable empowerment repertoire.
The Lithia Springs, Georgia-based businessman has announced he is the mastermind by what is suitably known as the Stepping Into Greatness podcast his newly-erected platform that is streamed via Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google Podcast, or where podcasts are aired.
In kicking off Making Headline News national media coverage during Bishop T. D. Jakes’ 2024 International Leadership Summit from Dallas March 21-23, Vinson emphasized, among other things, his podcast customarily focuses on his two books: Stepping Into Greatness and Moving Past Your Pain.

“Throughout each episode, there are several inspirational messages that focus on my 50-day inspirational book, live interviews with individuals who endorsed my new book, and Pastors that I know within the kingdom,” Vinson, 33, told MHN. “My latest interview on my podcast was with Pastor Venshard Dobbins, who is the Associate and Youth Pastor of the Potter’s House Dallas. That interview was very thought-provoking, impactful, and educational for all the viewers who tuned in.”

Named Making Headline News Man of The Year in 2022 and 2023, Vinson said he felt inspired to start a podcast as God strategically began to enlarge his territory, particularly for a young, esteemed faith leader in the Body of Christ.
“This venture has opened up doors and relationships with prominent leaders within the Kingdom and in athletics,” said Vinson, alluding to his empowerment platform. “Even my new book, Moving Past Your Pain, was endorsed by several great leaders within the Kingdom and in the athletic space.”
Arguably Vinson’s grandest endorsement unfolded when the renowned Bishop Dale C. Bronner, Senior Pastor of Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, had emerged as a devoted supporter of his featured book.
“This venture has opened doors for me to be an empowerment speaker for Decatur High school Football program in Decatur, Georgia,” Vinson said. “I am very grateful for the head coach and offensive coordinator for giving me an opportunity and for the relationship we have developed.”
As Vinson acknowledged, he has especially sensed it was time to spearhead a podcast after acquiring a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication (with an emphasis in radio, television, and film).
“Listening to different inspirational and athletic podcasts like Dr. Tony Evans, Pastor Steven Furtick, Pastor Joel Osteen, Pastor Mike Todd, and other faith leaders and athletic coaches inspired me to start mine,” Vinson explained. “So, that’s what drove me into starting my own inspirational podcast after Stepping Into Greatness was released in 2020.
“I also will say this was a vision that God had given me in 2020 — to educate, equip, and empower believers and non-believers through Jay Vinson Ministries by media and podcasting as our country was in the middle of global pandemic.”
VISION FOCUSED
An immeasurable ministerial career that spans some 18 years, Vinson delved into the ever-evolving world of entrepreneurship in 2020.
All things considered, it is an awe-inspiring for which he has fully embraced, as evidenced by his latest milestone: a neophyte podcaster.
“As a person of influence, it is imperative that I continue to inspire others on a daily basis,” Vinson said. “Everyone desires to be great on earth but just needs clear direction with what it takes to be great every step of the way. As I was mentored and coached by several faith leaders and athletic coaches, I gleaned from their wisdom and understanding of what it takes to be great every day. So that’s why my motto is to, ‘Educate, equip and empower others daily to be great,’ as everyone has a purpose in life to fulfill on this earth.”
