DALLAS — In case you don’t know her, Miste Anders-Clemons would like to introduce herself.
For starters, Anders-Clemons, 52, is a native of Chelsea, Massachusetts, but currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Having been raised in what she describes as a military family, Anders-Clemons’ life has been centered on having resided in a variety of establishments, most notably in Cambridge and Hyannis, Massachusetts, and on the West Coast in Guam and Vallejo, California.
A proud alum of California State Polytechnic University of Pomona — an institution that is famously known as Cal Poly Pomona — Anders-Clemons subsequently enrolled in graduate school at John F. Kennedy University, where she attended for a year and studied Sports Psychology.
All things considered, though, it seemed those assortment of achievements and accolades through education and extensive traveling have proven beneficial for Anders-Clemons, in large part because she has gone to great lengths to appropriately find her niche in entrepreneurship.
A former All-American track and field standout, Anders-Clemons, during a recent interview with Making Headline News, spoke at length about her uniquely distinct business as owner and chief executive officer of It’s a Misteism, an empowerment organization that is geared largely toward providing effective life coaching for individuals, families, and organizations and companies by diligently providing tips, tools and techniques to reduce stress.
In addition, It’s a Misteism is designed to provide informative workshops through its notable program called, “Visions on Wheels,” which is a vision board workshop Anders-Clemons said “comes to you and says goodbye to boring vision boards.”
Interesting enough, Anders-Clemons’ organization offers what she calls “Happier Holidays,” which is a special life coaching session to support people around special holidays, most notably Valentine’s Day, Mother’s and Father’s Day, and Christmas, just to name a few.
“Those are difficult (times) for some people,” Anders-Clemons said.
Not only that, her School Success Family Life Coaching Program is a program that is geared largely toward assisting families through education, particularly on the importance of helping them learn stress reduction techniques as a way to properly prepare them with test-taking.
“Two of my greatest programs are Embracing Tranquility, my signature program that takes people through a step by step process from chaos to tranquility,” Anders-Clemons explained.
Another program, she emphasized, is her Empowerment Tai Chi, which is a slow movement, of sorts, mixed with what she describes as words of affirmation. Also, Anders-Clemons is widely known through her empowerment organization for having assembled various eBooks and meditation tapes, many of which can be found at: https://gumroad.com/l/deepbreathe and https://gumroad.com/l/miste.
“I love the freedom my business gives me, a place where I can put all my creativity,” Anders-Clemons said. “As I get ideas, I can implement them and be able to have an impact on people’s lives in a positive way.”
To her credit, Anders-Clemons has become thoroughly efficient when it comes to helping others reduces and eliminate stress that the hustle and bustle of life often creates.
“My personal mission is that I view stress as if it was poison that could affect the human mind, body, and soul, and I am determined to assist people from the grasp of stress,” Anders-Clemons said. “I believe my business caters to all people from young people to older. There is not a person that could not use stress reduction techniques, calm and tranquility.”
Having acquired her training at the National Multicultural Institute For Diversity Training in Washington, D. C., Anders-Clemons garnered her Certified Coach Practitioner Training from the Certified Coach Federation, which greatly enabled her to become fully certified to teach “Cultivating True Livelihood.”
By and large, given the immense strides she’s made since establishing her credible empowerment organization five year ago, it’s safe to assume that Anders-Clemons is steadfastly walking in her divine purpose.
“I think my competitive drive (as a former athlete) as taught me to develop a team, be persistent, have great determination and drive to succeed,” Anders-Clemons said.
