Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4 NIV)
OPENING MASSIVE DOORS
Without question, God has strategic plans for all of His children.
As far as Frances Ann Bailey is concerned, she, likewise, has a notable plan she’d like to exemplify as a unique way to show reverence unto God.
“What I love best about being in business is that I am making God smile by answering the call He had on my life,” Bailey, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, explain the awe-inspiring developments surrounding her endeavors. “Furthermore, I come from a small town and I just want to those close to me on Eastern Shore win.”
Much to the delight of Bailey, because of her steadfast commitment to delight herself in the Lord through the purpose for which she was created, God has, in turn, given her the desires of her heart.
A native of Painter, Virginia, Bailey, 34, owns two business ventures, all the while functioning in her element as a certified life coach, certified leader, and motivational-inspirational speaker.

Generally, Bailey is widely known as the President of Red Door Empowerment and the CEO of Frances Bailey Enterprises LLC.
As Bailey recalls, she had no lofty idea that God was birthing within her vision during which she was ironically preparing to give birth — physically.
“When God called me, I didn’t know that I was pregnant with twins,” Bailey said. Not long after Red Door Empowerment was birthed, so was Frances Bailey Enterprises LLC.”
And the rest, as they say, was history.
Today, having been set aside for God’s use for a pivotal time as now, here’s Bailey, basking in the glory of her divine calling with God, her Helper, steering the way.
A rising nonprofit organization, Bailey’s Red Door Empowerment’s strategic purpose is centered largely on — but isn’t limited to — empowering, equipping, and educating individuals to walk out of things holding them hostage and shifting their focus on walking in deliverance to reach their destiny.
Moreover, Red Door Empowerment is committed to customarily providing community outreach by ways of events, workshops, and support groups to help those on different paths of life to walk in freedom from life’s obstacles, all the while fortifying the love of Christ.
“We serve just to give back to the community and help others,” Bailey said of her organization, which accommodates people from various walks of life. “A couple months ago, we held a free event called ‘Pray Praise and Paint Night’ for the community just to have a night of relaxation and no stress.”
An event that was an instant success, Bailey and her staff have made “Pray Praise and Paint Night” a common trend for a Christian-based organization that has become a fixture for giving back to the community.
Interestingly, Red Door Empowerment offers college sponsorships for students, particularly those who are facing financial barriers as they prepare to make the transition from high school to the college campus.
Also, Red Door has become known for assisting those in crisis through his variety of support groups, notably people who suffer with alcohol addiction, depression, broken families, etc. Its Broken To Heal support group is especially beneficial to women who have dealt with domestic violence and other forms of adversity in relationships.
A devout woman of faith, Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Criminal Justice Management and Administration. She’s currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration.
As for her thriving endeavors, Bailey was inspired by her fellow businesswoman Lakisha Bannister, who once enlightened her on the benefits of “taking a step into action” during a local women’s conference.
“She reminded me that I born to create, multiply, and that I was a producer,” Bailey said of Bannister who’s also an accomplished author. “Another part of my inspiration comes from listening to (Bishop) T. D. Jakes’ sermons daily. Furthermore, the sermons preached from my spiritual leader, my pastor of Anointed Word In Keller, Virginia, gave me a boost of empowerment to resurrect the gifts that were inside of me.”
Because of whom she is and because of where God is taking her, Bailey has been blessed mightily to walk in her purpose, all the while encouraging others to follow suit.
“Along my journey, I have gained a number of mentors, coaches, and friends that have pushed me and poured into me to help me to keep thriving,” Bailey said. “I don’t take any of them for granted.”
Amongst the reasons is because she’s armed with a notable plan she’d like to exemplify as a unique way to show reverence unto God, a plan that is steadily coming full circle.
Every single day.
