Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV)
MAKING DREAMS A REALITY
Christal Spence Newkirk has been a Human Resources professional and a Business Coach way too long to allow an unprecedented global pandemic to reduce her effectiveness to thrive mightily in her element.
“Currently, I’m working virtual due to COVID-19,” Newkirk told Making Headline News this week.
Though Newkirk has been limited to functioning virtually in recent months, she still has been as good as advertised, particularly as an accomplished Charlotte, North Carolina-based Business Coach who boasts 16 solid years of experience.
A native of nearby Raleigh, Newkirk’s business-related objective is customarily centered largely on empowering likeminded women, most notably entrepreneurs who are destined to launch their respective business within a 60-day timeframe.

Generally, Newkirk said, this is done by strategically implementing what she appropriately describes as effective systems, particularly tools and business strategies for operational efficiency, she said.
“(What I like the most about my business is) working closely with my clients to find the right solution for their specific situation and help them on their journey to financial freedom,” Newkirk said.
An entrepreneur who could be appropriately described a woman of many hats, Newkirk is widely regarded as an accomplished author, real estate investor and Human Resources Consultant, one who has generated well over 16 years of Diversity Recruitment, Affirmative Action Planning, and Compliance experience, with several Fortune 500 companies, including Siemens, The Home Depot, AT&T, Goodyear and Honeywell, among others.
WOLFPACK NATION
A Business Coaching endeavor that services aspiring women entrepreneurs ranging in ages 25 to 55, Newkirk is a graduate of Raleigh’s Sanderson High School.
She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Master of Science Management Degree in Process Improvement from North Carolina State University. Consequently, Newkirk garnered her coaching certification with The John Maxwell Team.
By and large, Newkirk oversees the day-to-day operations of her business alongside her husband, Rodney Newkirk, both of whom she refers to as “CoPreneurs,” considering they manage multiple businesses, including a real estate investment firm and HR consulting firm.
As for her personal mission for functioning as a progressive, flourishing business coach, Newkirk said, “I’m passionate about helping individuals to live life intentionally and building multiple streams of income for financial freedom and legacy wealth.”

For what it’s worth, Newkirk emphasized, among other things, the importance of esteeming and inspiring others daily through her God-ordained gifts.
“I believe coaching is my purpose,” said Newkirk said, “and gift to give to others.”
Appropriately and eloquently said by this longtime North Carolina entrepreneur, who isn’t merely allowing this unprecedented global pandemic to reduce her effectiveness to thrive in her element.
NEW BOOK ALERT
Interestingly, Newkirk is on the brink of becoming a published author for the first time when fellow Charlotte, North Carolina-based businesswoman Joan T. Randall’s anthology, The Image In The Mirror: The Reflection That Inspired The Courage To Live Limitlessly, is released in March 2021.
Newkirk was amongst a gallery of co-authors to take part in what is known as a soft book launch in December for Randall’s anthology.
Newkirk’s authorship debut took place in March 2020 when she began her chapter in The Image In The Mirror: The Reflection That Inspired The Courage To Live Limitlessly. She needed approximately four months to complete her contributions to the book.

“Initially, I said no to the opportunity because I was focused on me,” Newkirk said of the developments surrounding her authorship debut. “Once I’ve discussed the opportunity again with my husband and publisher, my ‘why’ changed. I wanted to write this book to encourage others and experience the next level of freedom by sharing my authentic story.”
Not only that, Newkirk said sharing her life-altering story, by all accounts, has helped her put her life’s dreaded spirit of fear where it belong: behind her.
“I believe God wants me to share my inspiring journey of overcoming fear and feelings of rejection and abandonment due to my absentee dad with others to encourage and empower them on their journey,” Newkirk said. “When you embrace your true identity through your spiritual relationship, your mindset and eyesight will change. You will start to see yourself through a different lens and discover God’s plan and purpose for your life.”
