And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. (1 Peter 5:10 NIV)
ON FIRE FOR GOD
At the end of the real day, all that matters is that Prophetess Patricia Ann Grimes-Jones made it a point to obey God’s Voice.
“January 2003, but I didn’t start until August of 2020,” Grimes-Jones, during a weekend interview with Making Headline News, said, recalling when God had strategically given her the vision to compose her first book.
Although it took nearly two decades for Grimes-Jones’ quest of becoming an author to come to fruition, the San Antonio Christian-based writer has managed to reap sustained success since making her ceremonious debut.
The Founder, Director, and CEO of Fresh Fire Anointing Ministries, Grimes-Jones is the mastermind behind Struggling Into My Blessings A Storm Before The Calm, her spiritually-empowering book that made its much-anticipated released on March 17, 2020 — or roughly one week into this unprecedented global pandemic.
A book that has been appropriately dubbed as “Volume 1,” Grimes-Jones’ Struggling Into My Blessings A Storm Before The Calm is comprised of a non-fiction, mystery, and suspense drama, as mentioned in a detailed breakdown of this writer’s book at Amazon.com.

Generally, the story is real and infused with adversities, animosities, hatred, lies, theft, drugs, and much more.
“As a young girl, I went through many trials, tribulations, and troubles. My life was like a scary roller coaster ride,” Grimes-Jones explained. “I was a victim of abuse, rape, and didn’t understand how and why I was chosen to have my life violated.”
As Grimes-Jones recalls, she repeatedly informed her mother of the ongoing turmoil that has surfaced in the life of her child.
But to no avail, “She didn’t believe me and that hurt me very much,” Grimes-Jones said. “She spoke rudely as she accused me of speaking falsely against the adult she interacted with.”
For Grimes-Jones, she literally found such a rash of unwarranted obstacles very much difficult to stomach.
“How could a mother be so content and not show concern toward the well-being of her child? Why did she wait until she was on her death bed to apologize to me? Because I was treated offensively, I became defiant and turned to the wrong crowd,” Grimes-Jones explained. “My rebellious attitude caused me to fall beneath my Godly character and become discourteous and unruly. I broke rules, made unwise choices, and challenged authority. My spirit was non-submissive.”
All things considered, Grimes-Jones’ disobedience, by all accounts, nearly resulted in a premature death.
“My near-death experience taught me how to live by the principles of God’s Word,” Grimes-Jones said. “I almost lost my sanity. Making unwise choices and trying to prove a point to hurt others will lead to a life of destruction or death. This book is powerful, eye-opening, and shocking. I would like to let the readers know that every page is color all the way through.”
An informative, tear-jerking book that is comprised of 209 pages in length, Grimes-Jones finally finished her book in December 2019.
Approximately three months later, her dream of becoming an author had ultimately become a reality.
“You can do anything when you put your mind through the power of God’s (Word),” Grimes-Jones, explaining her divine purpose for composing her new book. “The Holy Spirit (will direct you) despite what people say, because for a long time, I believed what people said. (They said) I was going to be a nobody. But GOD.”
She got that right. “But God” — Whom, because of the divine calling on the life of Grimes-Jones, He miraculously orchestrated for her a way of escape as a strategic way to prove that satan is a liar.
Once again.

As expected, the feedback since the release of Grimes-Jones’ Struggling Into My Blessings A Storm Before The Calm has been overwhelmingly favorable.
Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Theology, Grimes-Jones is an accomplished entrepreneur as the Founder of Topnotch Creations 1 Hair Professional and Topnotch Creations 2 Catering Bistro Eatery.
“(People have told me) how brave I was to speak up and speak out about how God brought me out and how important it is for women to come out and be delivered from this demon,” Grimes-Jones said. “(Sharing my story has taught me) how to be free, because whom the Son sets free, is free indeed And God has created, healed and delivered me to be His spokeswoman.”
Indeed, He did.
Never mind that it took 17 years.
At the end of the real day, all that matters is that this devout woman of faith had made it a point to obey God’s Voice.
