For the vision is yet for an appointed time. But at the end, it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it. Because it will surely come. It will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:3 NKJV)
THE BIG PAYBACK
DALLAS — Prophetess Helena Norman isn’t just an accomplished Pastor whose longstanding ministerial career spans some two-plus decades.
To her credit, she is a beloved empowerment extraordinaire in her own right.
The Senior Pastor of Refiner’s Fire RHEMA Ministries — located at 5144 SE Loop 820 in Fort Worth — Norman and her congregation will host what they have appropriately dubbed The Wait Is Over Women’s Conference. A two-day, spiritually-empowering assembly, this inaugural event will begin April 30 at 10 a.m. CST and culminates May 1.
Free and open to the public, this event is designed to “bring our kingdom sisters together regardless of title and position,” Norman told Making Headline News this week. “This conference is for everyone that is in need of strength.”

A conference that is centered largely on ministering to the “whole woman that’s been in waiting,” Norman said, Lady Marian Sanders of Antioch Worship Center of Mesquite, Texas will be the featured speaker for The Wait is Over Women’s Conference, a highly-anticipated empowerment gathering that will include breakfast and a Couch & Conversation with its panelist (featuring Lady Anddrein Peter, Prophetess Lisa Jones, and Telisa King), each of whom will answer and dialogue critical questions from the women in attendance.
Besides Sanders, Prophetess LaQuita Carter of Houston will be on hand as a keynote speaker, organizers for this event announced.
“The women will gain wisdom and knowledge from a broad scope of application through the word of the Lord and women on the panel who have overcome and can share what happens while you wait for your change, shift, new door of opportunities, healing and restoration,” Norman said. “When the wait of something great or small is now tangible.”
An assembly during which the attire will be denim and white, Norman emphasized The Wait is Over Women’s Conference is designed to minister to the heart, soul, and mind of every woman in attendance or, as she appropriately acknowledged, to “restore, revive, and replenish,” she said.
“(The purpose of this event is to empower women) To be strengthened in the wait,” Norman explained. “So many times, we encounter hardships, unexpected trials and, as women, we wear many hats and can be depleted, but yet, we keep going. We are everything for others, but yet not enough for ourselves. This conference will empower and rejuvenate the heart of each woman in attendance.”

Since word spread of the inaugural The Wait is Over Women’s Conference, Norman and organizers of the event — which is spearheaded by Refiner’s Fire Women’s Ministry coordinator, Evangelist Keisha Carr — have become the beneficiary of a rash of favorable feedback.
“I believe there is a true word for the women of God to seal all that the Lord shall do this entire weekend,” Norman, a Fort Worth native who accepted her calling to ministry more 25 years ago, said. “We are living in such critical times. We’ve been muzzled and masked. Many have lost loved ones, homes, marriages, families, and the church has been greatly impacted. It’s time to rise and be the change and strength for each other.”
