Philanthropists Tammie Harris and Dr. Marcea Whitaker will be named Making Headline News’ International Women’s Day Women of the Year for 2023, joining longtime Mitchellville, Maryland-based Author/Businesswoman, Dr. Jennifer Bryant, for the media outlet’s annual notable honor.
