The King will reply, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me.” (Matthew 25:40 NIV)
FORTIFYING AGAPE LOVE
With all due respect, Kesha L. Hayes doesn’t need anyone to remind her that God has never left, nor forsaken her.
“I didn’t always stick with God, but He always stuck with me!!!” Hayes said in a rather spirited, empowering post before her gallery of followers via Facebook Sunday morning.
To grasp full understanding of why Hayes deemed it essential to make such a dauntless, life-altering declaration, look no further than how God has strategically allowed her gifts to make room for her, particularly as a flourishing businesswoman.
Suitably known as a transformational leader in healthcare sector, as well as a professional growth strategist, health and wellness consultant, and a leading expert in aging, Hayes is owner and CEO of Professional Development and Training Services, LLC, a premiere Southeastern Institution that has become a fixture for developing exceptional caregivers and the next level healthcare professional.

Also, Hayes owns Caring for Aging Beauties Home Care, LLC, whereby she is afforded opportunities to takes care of elderly in their home. A native of Camden, South Carolina — a rural Kershaw County establishment that is comprised of roughly 7,764 residents, according to the latest U. S. census and is a part of the Columbia metropolitan statistical area — Hayes’ rises to sustained entrepreneurial success comes amid humble beginnings, something by which she doesn’t take for granted.
“I’ve always been a go-getter with a great work ethic,” Hayes, 46, told Making Headline News this week. “Having consistency has allowed me to get this far.”
Not to mentioned the supernatural favor of God.
“(I’ve been blessed to) train healthcare professionals, care for elderly in their homes, show social engagement and companionship to our elderly community, and bring awareness regarding self-care and well-being,” said Hayes, providing a detailed description of the day-to-day operations of her featured business endeavor. “I am able to serve others who sometimes don’t get the recognition they deserve, and I get to care for individuals who are often forgotten.”
A well-respected community residential care facility administrator who holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Healthcare Administration, Hayes boasts more than two decades of experience in the ever-evolving healthcare industry.
Interestingly enough, she emphasized her lifelong desire is to steadfastly fight for those “who can’t speak up for themselves and who deserve the very best for all they do.”
“Her efforts are to ensure the healthcare industry exceed customer standards, promote exceptional employee culture, and protect the best interests of our Aging Beauties,” said a spokesperson for Hayes’ Caring for Aging Beauties Home Care.
ENTREPRENEUR-TURNED-AUTHOR
A rising healthcare-related venture that is starting to attract more of a national presence — “From the state of South Carolina to serving nationally,” Hayes said — Hayes customarily emphasizes the importance of looking our for those who once looked out for her.
“(My personal mission is centered on) being able to care for those who once cared for us,” said Hayes, “and to impact the lives of anyone I come in contact with.”
A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and three-time published author, Hayes also acquired a Master of Human Resources Degree. Moreover, she is a licensed practical nurse who serves as an assisted living administrator in her chosen profession.
More than anything, Hayes acknowledged, she is especially grateful to the village that helped raise, empower, and pave the way to her reaping entrepreneurial success and, most importantly, fulfilling her God-manifested purpose.
“It was the entire elderly population, from my community and working in the healthcare industry that inspired me to take this path,” Hayes said. “But if I’d choose one person, it would be my aunt Patty, who was a caregiver and gave it her all. She was very passionate. She passed away some years ago.”
A rising business endeavor that is nearing its eighth year of existence in May — “that represents the year of new beginnings” she said” — Hayes announced that her company will hosting what is known as a Senior and Caregiver Expo in April (more information can be found on www.caringforagingbeauties.com, she said).
THE PROVERBS 18:16 AFFECT
“Being an entrepreneur is such freedom as it allows you to pave your own way and boldly walk in your purpose,” Hayes said. “The road is not easy, but it’s worth it. I want to inspire everyone to live out their purpose and not be ashamed to (fully live it out) with no regrets. Think big because our God is big.”
Appropriately and eloquently uttered by this well-respected and beloved healthcare profession, one who doesn’t need anyone to remind her that God has never left, nor forsaken her.
With all due respect.
