She considers a field before she buys or accepts it — expanding her business prudently — with her profits, she plants fruitful vines in her vineyard. (Proverbs 31:16 Amplified Bible)
SHE’S GOT MAD SKILLS
As it relates to the rash of memorable developments surrounding Dr. Theresa A. Moseley’s latest authorship milestone…well, perhaps she can explain it better.
“Last May, I attended an event for WOLMI United Nations Peace Ambassadors in Orlando,” Dr. Moseley told Making Headline News during a weekend interview. “I met a salesperson who said they needed soft skills training for his team. He said he could teach hard skills but struggles with soft skills. After he read my bio on my website, he asked if I could train his staff.
“I said, ‘Well if I am going to train your staff, I need to write the book with my expert friends on soft skills.’ I gave him my last business card and said I would reach out to him later. A month later I was in Geneva, Switzerland on a river boat cruise when another person approached me. He told me my face was familiar. I immediately thought he had seen me on social media.
“He preceded to tell me that he met a businessman in Orlando that showed him my business card and shared with him my plan to write a book on soft skills,” Dr. Moseley continued. “This was my confirmation that I must write this book. What are the odds that I would meet someone 4,700 miles away from the original contact and discuss writing the book?”

“Many leaders can teach hard skills,” Dr. Moseley said. “However, soft skills are often a challenge. This book is a practical guide that can be used to teach the soft skills of communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, adaptability, problem solving, creativity, organization, empathy, integrity, and time management.”
