“Every little girl watching tonight sees that this is a country of possibilities. And to the children of our country, regardless of your gender, our country has sent you a clear message: dream with ambition, lead with conviction, and see yourself in a way that others might not see you, simply because they’ve never seen it before. And we will applaud you every step of the way.” — Kamala Harris, Then-Vice-President Elect of the United States of America
ONE MOMENT IN TIME

In case you don’t know her, Susan P Williams would like to introduce herself.
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Williams is an accomplished entrepreneur who is the owner and CEO of Back To Home Healthcare Services, her featured business endeavor that has become a fixture for providing its clients with high-quality, client-centered, and cost-effective home care services that enable them to live dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
It is due in large part to Williams’ immeasurable body of work as an esteemed philanthropist that this Attleboro, Massachusetts-based businesswoman has emerged as a candidate to acquire an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the prestigious TIUA School of Business Honors during its Distinction Graduation and Awards Ceremony in June.
For Williams, her rise to receiving such a commendable honor comes amid humble beginnings, something she doesn’t merely take lightly.

During an exclusive interview with Making Headline News, Williams, who oversees a credible homecare business, said she initially learned about her long-awaited nomination for a Doctorate Degree back in October.
Consequently, she garnered official confirmation on March 1.
“I was raised to always do things with integrity, to do things correctly so that it doesn’t have to be done over,” Williams said. “My mother instilled in me a strong Christian background to do no harm to others and to treat people with respect regardless of their nationality or disability. My mother was incredibly tough on us with our schoolwork. I didn’t participate in any after school activities. Our academic work took precedence over everything.”
To her distinctly unique credit, Williams undoubtedly has positioned herself mightily to garner TIUA’s most covenant honor.
Amongst the reasons is that Williams holds a Master’s Degree in Business, as well as a Master’s in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
As if acquiring a Doctorate wasn’t enough to enhance her already intriguing resume, Williams earlier this year was named a recipient for The Joseph R. Biden Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
A credible homecare career that spans 15 years, Williams — also a rising author and speaker — delved into entrepreneurship four years ago, an awe-inspiring experience that has brought her considerable amount of success.
Interestingly enough, she has been actively involved in healthcare since she was a young child, assisting her mom, who worked at a local nursing home.
“This venture has taken me to several other states to network with other like-minded business owners thriving to be successful and make an impact on their community and on a global level,” said Williams, whose agency services individuals and groups ranging in 18-and-up. “My personal mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that enhances the well-being of my clients. I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel valued, respected, and empowered to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.
“It’s important to continue to uplift and inspire others because it fosters a positive and supportive environment and builds strong relationships,” Williams told MHN. “By uplifting and motivating others, you contribute to their confidence and self-worth, which can lead to greater success and fulfillment for everyone involved.
“Inspiring others creates a ripple effect, as it may inspire and uplift people around you. By esteeming and inspiring others, you contribute to a more inclusive collaborative and productive community or organization.”

Interestingly enough, Williams recently made her authorship debut when she became one of 13 co-authors to collaborate for Home Care Around The Globe Volume I, an anthology that is endeavored in large part to serve as a movement, of sorts, one designed to educate, empower, collaborate, and innovate together.
For Williams, she deemed it essential to compose the designated chapter entitled, The Birth of Back to Home Healthcare Services for an anthology that is currently in its production’s final stages and will officially debut in March 2024.
