A native of Atlanta, Matthews, 46, has reaped sustained entrepreneurial success as the face of Kela T. Writes, her featured business endeavor that is centered largely on her mission as an accomplished empowerment professional in her own right.

Secondly, the competitive drive has fueled my determination to continuously improve and surpass my own goals because I thrive on the challenge of outperforming my previous achievements and surpassing the expectations of my clients and customers.
Interestingly enough, such a competitive drive, Matthew said, has instilled within her a great sense of “resilience and tenacity,” particularly as an effective way to navigate the “inevitable challenges and setbacks” that come with entrepreneurship.
“Instead of being deterred by obstacles, I see them as hurdles to overcome, further fueling my determination to succeed,” Matthew said.
Not only that, Matthews’ platform, by all accounts, continues to garner a widespread national presence.
“My venture has taken me across the nation, reaching women from various backgrounds and communities,” Matthews, who holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, said. “Through workshops, book sales, summits, and online platforms, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with women in various cities, states, and countries. From coast to coast, I’ve witnessed the power of healing, forgiveness, and self-discovery transcending geographical boundaries.
“It’s been a humbling and enriching experience to see the impact of my work resonates with women from all corners of the nation, reaffirming the universal need for support and guidance on the journey towards wholeness.”
Matthews’ itinerary includes her being a featured speaker during forthcoming annual The Broken, Bound But Becoming Healing Summit, Brandy Nicole’s empowerment assembly that will take place April 27 at Atlanta’s Clayton State University.
In addition, she has a scheduled speaking engagement during the Empower Her Summit in Texas. Also, Matthews announced the forthcoming Release-Revel in Empowerment, Liberation, Aspiration, & Setting Expectations, an event scheduled for August 17.
