And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those He predestined, He also called, those He called, He also justified. Those He justified, He also glorified. What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:28-31/NIV)
DESTINY STEPS

“My approach integrates spiritual principles and professional systems, addressing the spiritual, social, and economic impacts of trauma and personal growth in relation to the environments and communities in which we were raised,” Spaulding told MHN.
Suitably known as Phylicia Renaye, this accomplished businesswoman is armed with nearly seven years of professional experience in her chosen line of work.

As a result, Phylicia Renaye felt greatly inspired to established what is known as the Finding Faith & Love After Divorce Program, particularly “for women like you and me, helping them to pursue the best, healed version of themselves.”
In essence, such an organization is designed to empower women to become better versions of themselves.
“(And women) that God always intended you to be,” Phylicia Renaye said. “You still have a purpose, and God still loves you and has a plan for your life. You don’t have to do this alone. Become a part of a community of women who are all on similar journeys of healing, wholeness, and purpose.”
Powered by the familiar Biblical passage that is Psalm 34:18, Phylicia Renaye said the strategic mission surrounding her empowerment venture is centered in large part on helping others heal by guiding them back to God, breaking free from trauma, and addressing the systemic and environmental factors impacting their lives.
“My business primarily serves women (ranging in) ages 30-to-50, but I work with anyone seeking healing, personal growth, and guidance to overcome challenges and align with their spiritual values,” Phylicia Renaye explained. “My work has taken me across the United States, where I’ve shared my message through coaching, speaking engagements, workshops, and my nationally syndicated radio show, Off-The-Cuff Radio. Additionally, I’ve been a guest on podcasts such as Scary To Remarry and Losing Faith Podcast.”

Interestingly enough, Phylicia Renaye said her life-altering journey of healing and deliverance amid divorce has been my greatest inspiration in leading to the startup of her empowerment endeavor.
“My faith in God and my military background taught me resilience and the value of purpose-driven work,” Phylicia Renaye said. “Additionally, my children, one of whom is special needs, motivate me to create a lasting legacy of hope and transformation. Inspiring others daily is vital because it reflects the grace and love of God.
“Many people feel burdened by their circumstances or trauma, but through encouragement and faith-based guidance, we remind them of their worth and God’s purpose for their lives. Empowering others daily gives them the courage to overcome their past and step boldly into their future.”
