DALLAS — Because of the divine calling on her life, Dearice Spencer-Shackleford is fully persuaded that life — as she knows — isn’t merely centered on the assortment of obstacles that have surfaced to challenge and test her faith.

A native of Brooklyn, New York who currently resides in Northeast Texas, Spencer-Shackleford holds an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Texarkana College and has studied Organization and Leadership at Texas A&M University at Texarkana.
She currently holds certification as a certified master life coach with specialized training in spiritual transformation, trauma-informed healing, and holistic personal development.

“From the late 1950s through the 1980s, my grandmothers served in leadership roles that required resilience, excellence, and courage. They balanced the responsibility of raising children, providing for their families, and navigating male-dominated and high-pressure environments, all while maintaining a steadfast faith in God. Their lives were a living testimony of what it means to lead with conviction, discipline, and moral clarity.”
