After what was a banner year through their respective endeavors, businesswomen Deborah Juniper-Frye, Pam Perry, and LaQuita Parks will be named Making Headline News Women of The Year for 2022.
Atlanta businessman and entertainer Jay Gathers will be named this year’s Making Headline News Man Of The Year.
Official announcements of Making Headline News’ Man and Women Of The Year will come the final week of December.
A Virginia Beach, Virginia-based businesswoman-turned-author, Juniper-Frye generated national recognition during a year in which she spearheaded Grief Through His Eyes: Seeing Grief From His Point Of View, her high-anticipated anthology that was accompanied by an array of life-altering stories by her male counterparts.
The owner and CEO of the Detroit-based Pam Perry PR Perry, Perry has enjoyed a considerable amount of global success as the mastermind of a credible and well-rounded PR and branding agency. To her credit, Perry has become an international fixture for functioning as what she describes as “the master publicity and brand strategist.”
Like Perry, Parks has garnered an array of global entrepreneurial success as the face of Pa-Pro-Vi Publishing, her Atlanta-based featured business endeavor that has become a fixture for offering a personal touch to ensure its clients who we are completely committed to the process “as we help them grow from caterpillars to butterflies,” she said.
As for Gathers, 2022 undoubtedly has been a memorable one for the beloved entertainer who is suitably known as “4G.”
The face of GrandMaster Entertainment LLC, Gathers made his ceremonious authorship debut with Bounce Back, a highly-anticipated book that came to fruition amid a memorable, in-depth conversation with Bishop James Kelly, his beloved spiritual father for whom he has overwhelming respect.

Dr. Jennifer Jones Bryant will be named Making Headline News’ International Women’s Day Woman of the Year for 2023, an unprecedented feat by the longtime Mitchellville, Maryland-based Author/Businesswoman.
An official announcement will be made in early March.
For Dr. Bryant, she will become the first woman since Making Headline News’ inception to be named both MHN Woman of The Year and MHN International Women’s Day Woman of the Year.
An accomplished, well-respected author in her own right who was named Making Headline News Woman of The Year for 2021, Dr. Bryant is responsible for spearheading Step Into Leadership Greatness: Leadership Isn’t Just A Title and Step Into Leadership Greatness, Volume 2: Leaders Producing Leaders in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Originally called the International Working Women’s Day, this day is celebrated annually on March 8 and customarily commemorates the movement for women’s rights.
According to www.internationalwomensday.com, organizations and individuals around the world have collectively become committed to helping women and girls achieve their ambitions, challenge conscious and unconscious bias, as well as call for gender-balanced leadership and value women and men’s contributions equally.
In addition, this day was designed in part to create inclusive flexible cultures. From awareness-raising to concrete action, organizations rallied their people to pledge support to help forge gender parity on International Women’s Day and beyond, according to a spokesperson for IWD.
