Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV)

FIXIN’ THEIR CROWNS
A well-respected United States Army veteran, Dr. Copeland credits her notable stint in the military for greatly enabling her to make a solid transition into the ever-evolving entrepreneurship industry.
“My time in the military was an incredible experience, allowing me to immerse myself in different cultures through travel and connections with people from diverse backgrounds,” Dr. Copeland told MHN. “It was a blessing to give my children the opportunity to travel and experience these cultures as well. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships and lasting bonds with colleagues, and I’m grateful that God blessed me with the ability to provide for my family while supporting others.
“Additionally, working with host nations and fostering meaningful partnerships was a truly rewarding aspect of my journey. Coordinating logistics across various countries was a valuable learning experience, but most importantly, it was the networking that made it truly rewarding.”
A native of Montgomery, Alabama who is now a retired military officer, Dr. Copeland is a graduate of Montgomery’s Carver High School and 2005 graduate Alabama A & M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work.
WOMAN TO WOMAN
Consequently, she acquired a Master’s Degree in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University and is holds an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy from Atlanta’s prestigious TIUA School of Business.
By all accounts, Dr. Copeland’s rise to entrepreneurial success comes amid humble beginnings, something she’d be the first to admit she’s doesn’t take lightly.
“I recognized that the skills needed for my business were ones I had already been applying — consulting, advising, mentoring, and developing people,” Dr. Copeland said. “The military taught me how to build strong teams, care for others, and maintain consistency and discipline in daily actions, all of which have greatly contributed to my business success. What I enjoy most about my business is the ability to empower others to unlock the gifts inside of them and navigate transitions with confidence.”
Interestingly enough, that she is afforded the golden opportunity to customarily inspire women to embrace their authentic selves, thus overcome challenges and achieve their goals are ascending trends this progressive businesswoman describes as “incredibly” fulfilling.
