Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. (Philippians 2:3 NIV)
Katrina Landry’s entrepreneurship track record is such that she is committed to esteeming others highly than herself.
One person at a time.
Or, as the mission of her business venture acknowledges, “an encounter at a time.”
“I always want more…interestingly, my maiden name is Moore,” Landry, essentially playing off words while explaining in detail her business during a recent interview with Making Headline News. “I am peek to peak. I accomplish one thing and I am already looking for the next thing to conquer. Once I found the profession I wanted to be in, I continue to find steps to grow both professionally and the business.”
To Landry’s credit, she’s certainly devising ways to strategically broaden her horizon, thus maximize her potential as owner and chief executive officer of Renewed Hope Counseling Center.
A Humble, Texas-based private practice she was established in 2016, Landry immeasurable responsibilities are centered on working with couples, individuals, and adolescents, addressing an assortment of pertinent issues expressed by clients express, most notably infidelity, communication difficulties, depression, anxiety, and stress management, among others.

Interestingly, since its inception approximately two years ago, Renewed Hope continues to grow and add interns to the center and, as an accomplished licensed professional counselor, Landry is afforded the opportunity regularly to speak at various conferences as well as conduct team building training for organizations.
“What I like most about being my business is having a vision and seeing it come to life,” Landry, a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, explained. “I have a huge imagination and I am creative. Having my own business allows me to exercise these traits in freedom that not only profits the business, but clients are able to benefit as well.”
As for her notable mission for functioning mightily in her element, it’s safe to assume that such a calling is one that undoubtedly is priceless.
“My personal mission for doing this work is to change lives one session at a time…to restore hope in people and in their lives and to see others overcome their circumstances,” Landry said.
All things considered and much to her delight, credit Andrew Landry — Katrina’s beloved companion who’s an accomplished author and minister — for headlining the notable list of tireless supporters for helping this progressively brilliant businesswoman possess and savor sustained success through her private practice.
“I think it is the drive in me that makes me want to keep going, but who influenced me to get started is my family,” Katrina Landry said. “My husband, he pushed — not nudged (she jokingly said) — me passed fear of failing and assured me he had my back, so I stepped out and have been running ever since. Even the days where juggling it all can be overwhelming he’s my calming place and my encourager that it is in me to keep going.
“My parents…I want to make them proud and I am grateful they can see what they have sown and hopefully see their fruits of their labor. My babies…that they have an example of accomplishing great things, providing a platform for them to start in a better place and hopefully inspire them to do even greater.”
Having earned a Master’s Degree from the Houston Graduate School of Theology, Katrina Landry is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree from Capella University.
As for the present and future success of her practice, Katrina Landry emphasized that what it all boils down to is demonstrating a collective effort, meaning all parties fortifying the mindset that implies, among other things, “We are in this together,” she said.
“Whether it is in marriages, families, or communities, we can succeed and overcome adversities when we are together,” Katrina Landry added. “Providing not only hope, but a support system and tools to accomplish this creates an environment where everyone has someone and the support to keep going.”
That, after all, practically sums up why her entrepreneurship track record is such that she is committed to esteeming others highly than herself.
