Houston entrepreneur Janelle Malone of Cultured Realty: ‘I had no choice but to use my gifts and follow my passions’

DALLAS — Janelle Malone was literally born into this ever-so-competitive world of entrepreneurship.

To her distinctly unique credit, she has steadfastly grabbed a firm hold of her awe-inspiring niche as an accomplished businesswoman.
For Malone, 42, her rise to entrepreneurship success began years ago under the tutelage of her beloved mother, who was a crafty and resourceful businesswoman in her own right.

LONE STAR SUCCESS

BASKING IN GOD’S GLORY — A native of nearby Fort Worth, Texas, Janelle Malone is co-owner of Cultured Realty, a Houston-based real estate company she oversees along with fellow business partner Raevonne Walker.

“Thanks to my mom, I was groomed early as a woman and an entrepreneur,” Malone told Making Headline News this week. “My mom ran a mobility impaired transportation company and she owned a cleaning service. I got married early in life, and my ex-husband was a serial entrepreneur. We owned two barber shops, two snow cone stands, and a lawn service. I had no choice but to use my gifts and follow my passions.”

All things considered, Malone didn’t just aggressively put her immeasurable God-given “passions” on display but, to her credit, she’s now taking that about which she was taught and passing along such keen knowledge to others.

As one of the masterminds of a company that went into operations on February 8, 2020, Malone works in a variety of roles, most notably as a real estate broker, licensed real estate instructor, and productivity coach, among others.

As Malone explains, that she has been afforded the golden opportunity to fortify her assortment of gifts in one of America’s most popular industries undoubtedly is a dream come true.

“God gave me a natural gift to educate, encourage, counsel, and assist others,” Malone, a graduate of Fort Worth’s Trimble Technical High School, said. “I wanted to have time with my children and my real estate career allowed me to be a great mom and never miss an event in their life. The constant push of living by faith has driven me to the person I am today.”

MOM KNOWS BEST — For Malone, 42, her rise to entrepreneurship success began years ago under the tutelage of her beloved mother, who was a crafty and resourceful businesswoman in her own right.

After graduating high school, Malone subsequently earned an Associate’s Degree from my associates degree from Tarrant County Community College. Her professional experience in real estate spans two decades, a stint that includes this native Texan having started her own brokerage firm in her native establishment.

Interestingly, Malone joined Keller Williams Realty in 2015 during which she assumed roles as a coach and trainer which, much to her delight, allowed this business coaching guru to train and empower agents nationwide.

“I’m a real estate broker and I coach agents to success,” said Malone who, along with working alongside Walker as the faces of Cultured Realty, teaches courses at Champions Real Estate School a few times a month.

“I create a positive growth environment that allows me to shape agents’ mindset and real new levels, both personally and in their business,” said Malone, explaining what she loves the most about her profession, which caters mostly to individuals ranging in ages 29 to 52. “I can grow through others. I have a natural ability to reach the unreachable and teach the unreachable.”

TEAM TEXAS — As one of the masterminds of a company that went into operations on February 8, 2020, Malone works in a variety of roles, most notably as a real estate broker, licensed real estate instructor, and productivity coach, among others.

By and large, Cultured Realty has is thoroughly committed to empowering like-minded professionals to become a better version of themselves, a trend that practically sums up its rapid — and continuous — growth since its recent inception.

“I want to help people break through barriers that have held back imbedded potential,” Malone said. “(I want to help them) reach heights that can change and disrupt generational curses in their families, leave legacies, and live a life by design.”

In acknowledging God first and foremost for her sustained success, Malone doesn’t shy away from the notion that she was blessed mightily to have at her disposal people who helped steer her in the right direction.

YOU GO GIRL!!!!! As Malone explains, that she has been afforded the golden opportunity to fortify her assortment of gifts in one of America’s most popular industries undoubtedly is a dream come true.

“He always put someone in my path to help and support, and they almost always were better than they came,” Malone said. “My ex-husband made me believe that I could orchestrate my own destiny and my small wins were my confirmations.”

Today, unlike never before, Malone’s primary focus is centered largely helping others to press and navigate their way to entrepreneurship success.

“When I help others grow, I grow,” Malone said. “I am charged to use my gifts so I don’t disappoint God and I make a good use of my skills. I have so much to share and most of it comes naturally. I believe that you are as strong as your weakest link. It’s selfish to be able to help and you don’t.”

Spoken like a true and long-standing business professional, was literally born into this ever-so-competitive world of entrepreneurship.

Houston businesswoman Raevonne Walker’s Cultured Realty growing in unprecedented numbers

MAKING MAJOR STRIDES

DOING IT BIG IN TEXAS — An accomplished businesswoman who boasts a remarkably solid and immeasurable entrepreneurship tenure, Raevonne Walker is co-owner of Cultured Realty, a Houston-based real estate company she runs along with fellow business partner Janelle Malone.

DALLAS — When Raevonne Walker and her son packed up and relocated from Minnesota to Texas some 15 years ago, what they had ultimately discovered was that such a move was a prodigious blessing in disguise.

Prior to their bolting the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area, Walker was informed by doctors that her son, Jahyier, was diagnosed with a rare heart defect, thus suggesting that they relocate to the southern region of the country, considering her son had been hampered by what she described as “some underlying issues.”
Given the severe circumstances surrounding her son’s health, not only was the move essential in many aspects but, much to the delight of Walker, it turned out to be a precursor, of sorts, to her having connected with the divine purpose for which she was created.
An accomplished businesswoman who boasts a remarkably solid and immeasurable entrepreneurship tenure, Walker is co-owner of Cultured Realty, a Houston-based real estate company she runs along with fellow business partner Janelle Malone.
A rising establishment that is located at 2611 Cypress Creek Parkway, Suite A101 in Houston and is less than two months removed from having gone into full operations, one would hard-pressed to believe this company is in its infancy stages, considering it’s already enjoying a considerable amount of growth.

MORE ON CULTURED REALTY: https://www.culturedrealty.com/

During a phone interview with Making Headline News this week, Walker said Cultured Realty has compiled a team of 41 agents since its inception and that she’s hopeful such rapid growth continues.

A company that was founded on February 8, 2020, Walker — who was fixture for years for Keller Williams Realty — emphasized, among other things, that Cultured Realty is aiming to acquire 150 agents by the time the company reaches its six-month anniversary.

“It was a different situation, because with me coming from Keller Williams, I pretty much knew what I wanted to do,” Walker told MHN. (I told my business partner) we have all of what we need to start a company.”

ALL-STAR TEAM — Part of helping agents to diligently discover a better version of themselves falls under the Business Coaching umbrella of Cultured Realty. Through this entity, in fact, Walker and Malone customarily shepherd agents through a wide range of empowerment sessions, many of which are geared toward helping them devise strategic plans to create and achieve specific goals and ambitions, coupled with what Walker refers to as some much-needed “accountability.”

As Walker recalls, her rise to professional real estate success was spearheaded in large part by her son’s unlikely diagnosis, coupled with a whole lot of faith.

“It was amazing,” Walker said of her ceremonious exit from Minnesota to the Lone Star State, a development that had ultimately given way to considerable progress in her son’s health. “He started playing football. He scored the first touchdown for his new high school. He was ranked (nationally) in gymnastics.”

Aside from Jahyier having evolved and flourished as a multi-sport athlete, Walker, meanwhile, began moving ever so closely to her purpose as gifted real estate professional, a God-orchestrated discovery she doesn’t merely take lightly.

“If we wouldn’t have moved, I wouldn’t have started this company,” Walker said. “I wouldn’t have gotten married. I wouldn’t have had two more children. (This move) changed my life completely.”

One of Houston’s finest real estate ventures that boasts a diverse cast of leaders who are committed to building business through strong alliances, Cultured Realty has reaped sustained success, in large part because it thrives off of empowering agents to believe the unbelievable, think the unthinkable, and achieve the unachievable.

How else to explain why its mission is centered largely on Agents building agents with systems that work?

As for the rapid growth within a company whose best and brightest days are seemingly well ahead of it, Walker is confident such a trend is a continuous sign of things to come.

RAISING THE BAR

MINNEAPOLIS MIRACLE — Given the severe circumstances surrounding her son’s health, not only was the move essential in many aspects but, much to the delight of Walker, it turned out to be a precursor, of sorts, to her having connected with the divine purpose for which she was created.

“To me, it’s not mind-boggling,” said Walker, alluding to the number of agents her company has acquired in such a brief time frame. “The growth doesn’t make that big of a deal to me. The growth in the individual is what’s more important.”

All things considered, part of helping agents to diligently discover a better version of themselves falls under the Business Coaching umbrella of Cultured Realty.

Through this entity, in fact, Walker and Malone customarily shepherd agents through a wide range of empowerment sessions, many of which are geared toward helping them devise strategic plans to create and achieve specific goals and ambitions, coupled with what Walker refers to as some much-needed “accountability.”

“I’m always trying to be better than myself,” said Walker, a progressive, thriving businesswoman whose entrepreneurship reputation is such that she’s thoroughly committed to ensuring that like-minded professionals follow suit.

What a massive difference a relocation has made.

ON THE MOVE — A rising establishment that is located at 2611 Cypress Creek Parkway, Suite A101 in Houston and is less than two months removed from having gone into full operations, one would hard-pressed to believe this company is in its infancy stages, considering it’s already enjoying a considerable amount of growth.

Following in his grandmother’s footsteps, Houston’s Marcus Flakes’ amazing culinary dreams have become a reality

A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men. (Proverbs 18:16 KJV)

AMERICA’S CHEF

DOING TO BIG IN TEXAS…AND BEYOND — A native of Houston, Marcus Flakes, 47, is the mastermind behind Marco’s Pepper Grill Food Truck, his awe-inspiring endeavor that is just days away from its much-anticipated grand opening on March 7 at 403 Eats Food Truck Park, located at 403 East Main Street in nearby Tomball, Texas.

LANCASTER, Texas — Stay tuned, world. And remember the name: Marcus Flakes.

Amongst the grandest reasons is that Flakes’ immeasurable gifts as a cook throughout the years have been nothing short of remarkable.
“I’ve been cooking since the age of 10,” Flakes told Making Headline News this week. “I used to watch my grandmother cook and we’d talk about cooking.”
And the rest, as they say, was history.
Thanks in large part to the constant guidance and wisdom of his grandmother, Flakes has been blessed mightily to walk in her massive footsteps, having established a well-respected professional culinary resume that’s shaping to garner more of a global impact.

MORE ON CHEF FLAKES: https://www.facebook.com/marcusaflakes/

The grand opening will take place from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. CST and, according to Flakes, such an occasion is “very fitting” for the annual Mardi Gras season.

“So it will be a Mardi Gras theme,” said Flakes, referring to his food truck’s specialty dishes that will include jambalaya, Etouffee, and bread pudding, among other delectable foods.

A cooking repertoire that spans nearly four decades — 37 years, to put it more precisely — it seemed that Flakes was destined to become an entrepreneur from the outset.

Given the remarkably brilliant strides Flakes has made throughout the years, it’s safe to assume he’s well on his way to reaping global success in his selected industry.

“(My grandmother’s influence) later inspired me to be what she didn’t have a chance to become due to her age and era,” Flakes, a military veteran, explained. “My paternal grandfather was business owner and I’d spend a lot of time watching him run our family store, which is my family’s estate now. He taught me the value of dollar, saving and investing.  I even learned about whole selling, retailing, and counting money backwards when technology wasn’t as advanced as it is today.”

Even during his stint in the military, Flakes was guilty of having never allowed his culinary skills to fall by the wayside. Even while serving his country, in fact, there he was, putting his immeasurable and unmatched gifts on display, all the while God strategically allowed his cooking mechanics to make room for him in the process.

“I spent majority of my life serving my country while doing what I loved most, which was cooking,” Flakes said. “I knew back then that it would be no problem to transition back into civilian life with my knowledge, skills, and abilities to cook, manage, and market. Somewhere along the way, I noticed that my military background and higher education was not accepted by my food industry.”

Still, Flakes had gone to great to lengths to diligently set himself apart from others in what undoubtedly is an ever-so-competitive, had executed the essential strategy to ensure that his long-awaited dream as a globally-acclaimed chef would become a reality.

Given the remarkably brilliant strides he’s made throughout the years, it’s safe to assume he’s well on his way to reaping global success in his selected industry.

Thanks in large part to the constant guidance and wisdom of his grandmother, Flakes has been blessed mightily to walk in her massive footsteps, having established a well-respected professional culinary resume that’s shaping to garner more of a global impact.

Sustained success, to put it more precisely.

“This venture has indirectly exposed me to people from over the world,” Flakes said. “Serving in the military as a military chef was the foundation of my culinary journey, which led to the exploration of people, places, and products. As a travel insider, I began establishing relationships with people from around the country.”

Interestingly, Flakes acknowledged that Southern Oregon will always hold a place in his heart, considering it is the originally birthplace of Marco’s Pepper Grill.

Even during his stint in the military, Flakes was guilty of never having allowed his culinary skills to fall by the wayside. Even while serving his country, in fact, there he was, putting his immeasurable and unmatched gifts on display, all the while God strategically allowed his mechanics to make room for him in the process.

“There has never been one place in particular my business has exposed me to besides where Marco’s Pepper Grill was founded and established,” Flakes said.

Besides having evolved as one of Houston’s finest chefs of this modern-day culinary era, Flakes has since adopted more of an entrepreneurship role in his profession, a development that has also given way to his rise as an author.

“I’ve written my book,” said Flakes, who authored the newly-produced written work entitled, ‘The Inspiring Chef: A Memoir.’ “I’ve come to realize that my reach is becoming global, while my food continues to influence palates of my guests locally.”

“I’ve written my book,” said Flakes, who authored the newly-produced written work entitled, ‘The Inspiring Chef: A Memoir.’ “I’ve come to realize that my reach is becoming global, while my food continues to influence palates of my guests locally.”

To his credit, Flakes certain boasts the credentials, which have greatly enabled him to function mightily in his element.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management and Hospitality from the Art Institutes of California-Sacramento and a Master of Public Health from Argosy University.

Also, he earned a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University.

SAVE THE DATE

As for what he loves the most about the sustained success of his venture, Flakes said:

“I love serving my guests and watching their five senses become paralyzed by my creations. I call it my culinary crave concept, where I methodically concoct ingredients that later has a date with their five senses. I also enjoy owning my own business with the flexibility to spend time with my family. Ultimately, time and personal freedom has been something I’ve longed for and I consider myself blessed this far.”

So far, so good for a well-publicized culinary career of a true cooking pro, whose best and brightest days are well ahead of him.

So stay tuned, world. And remember the name: Marcus Flakes.

“I’ve been cooking since the age of 10,” Flakes told Making Headline News this week. “I used to watch my grandmother cook and we’d talk about cooking.”

Houston’s Optimum Security Professionals President Marshall Isom bringing awareness to human trafficking

“I am confident that we will one day end the scourge of modern slavery, because I believe in those committed to this issue.” — Former U. S. President Barack Obama

‘NOT ON OUR WATCH’

DALLAS — Marshall D. Isom isn’t just your typical crime prevention professional.

He’s one who diligently thinks outside the box.
Consider, for instance, Isom’s steadfast approach to human trafficking.
“As a husband, father, and businessman, my public safety and security concerns are an extension of the daily thoughts I have for my immediate family and community as well as our staff, employees and clients,” Isom told Making Headline News this week.
It is due in large part because of Isom’s keen passion for combatting human trafficking that the President of Optimum Security Professionals has deemed it essential to stress to private businesses the importance of implementing a strategic and effective security plan for its respective establishments, particularly during arguably the busiest shopping season of the year.
Isom emphasized, among other things, that private businesses should strongly consider executing a security plan that includes — but isn’t limited to — manned patrols, video surveillance, radio communications, access controls.

MORE ON OPTIMUM SECURITY PROFESSIONALS: http://optimumsecuritypros.com/

There are a variety of reasons why, he acknowledged.

“A crime prevention plan is the most essential tool local businesses and living communities can implement to deter and prevent all criminal activity, especially kidnapping simply because it’s proactive,” Isom said. “A failure to plan is a plan to fail.”

According to research implemented by Making Headline News, the publication has learned that human trafficking is extremely common in Texas.

For instance, according to a report at https://alliesagainstslavery.org/, approximately 79,000 minors and youth are victims of sex trafficking in Texas and approximately 240,000 workers are victims of labor trafficking.

There are currently 313,000 victims of human trafficking in Texas and traffickers exploit roughly $600 million from victims of labor trafficking in Texas, the report cited.

What’s even more astounding, the report said, is that minor and youth sex trafficking cost the State of Texas approximately $6.5 billion.

DID YOU KNOW…

By definition, human trafficking is modern day slavery that customarily occurs when one person uses manipulation, threats and/or violence to control another person in order to take advantage of them for economic gain.

Also, human trafficking can take the form of labor exploitation where victims are forced to work without pay. Conversely, labor trafficking occurs across many different economic sectors and industries.

It may also come in the form of sex trafficking where vulnerable individuals are forced to participate in commercial sex acts through force, fraud or coercion (particularly when the individual is not yet 18 years of age).

Given such figures concerning human trafficking, Isom has gone to great lengths to send a rather direct and forthright message to private and local businesses.

“(I’m suggesting they consider) taking a greater interest, even responsibility, in your customers’ safety and security is just good business,” said Isom, who’s also Chairman and CEO of The Proverbs Group, LLC. “The customer’s perception is your reality, meaning if a customer feels threatened by simply visiting your store or shopping center, they are less likely to return. The goal of a company is to earn a customer for life. Please add private security to help reduce this horrific, life altering public safety issue.”

A credible security firm that is headquartered in Houston, specifically at 1980 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 1500, in the Post Oak Central complex, Optimum Security Professionals’ longstanding mission is geared largely toward providing customer service oriented protection, which is the process of preventing the loss of life, property, or injury by strategically combining traditional aspects of guard services, most notably surveillance, client/guest engagement, crisis management, as well as patrolling with the skill and attitude of delivering helpful, professional, high quality assistance.

Optimum Security Professionals provides coverage to over 50 full, part-time, and seasonal (and event) clients throughout the Southeast Texas region, most notably schools, shopping centers, manufacturing and storage facilities.

“Our clients consistently express gratitude for an increase in customer service, job performance, and employee morale and the reduction in safety related events like slip, trip and fall reports and security incidents like breaking and entering, loitering, trespassing and domestic violence,” said Isom, alluding to what his company’s clients’ favorable feedback regarding its viable and strategic security presence.

A father of three who routinely stresses the importance of human trafficking awareness to his family, Isom stressed that private and local businesses often forget the power they have to influence change.

“Please ask your favorite businesses to consider adding security to their daily operations management plan,” Isom emphasized. “It’s also important that everyone learn self-defense. It could save your life. There are techniques that when practiced routinely, can increase your chances of surviving an abduction event.”

IN HIS OWN WORDS — “A crime prevention plan is the most essential tool local businesses and living communities can implement to deter and prevent all criminal activity, especially kidnapping simply because it’s proactive,” Isom said. “A failure to plan is a plan to fail.”

In a strategic attempt to bring about more awareness to human trafficking, Optimum Security Professionals will host a free monthly self-defense class for women in the Houston metropolitan area beginning in December, Isom said.

For more details on about these monthly sessions, visit Optimum Security Professionals at optimumsecuritypros.com/human-trafficking.

Texas author Neiki Jones’ awe-inspiring new book figures to be a huge must read

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. (Galatians 6:9 KJV)

GETTIN’ SPIRITUALLY FIT

DESTINY STEPS — In the coming weeks, a massive portion of Neiki Jones’ vision will ceremoniously come full circle with the release of her first book entitled, “When The Pieces Begin to Fit.”

DALLAS — It’s doesn’t matter what she endured in the past.

It’s all working out for the good for Neiki Jones.

Consider, for instance, the immeasurable strides Jones has made as a rising author.

During an interview this week with Making Headline News, Jones spoke intensely about how she has blessed mightily to connect with her long-awaited vision, particularly through her compelling gift as a writer.

“God actually gave me the vision to write a book about three years ago,” Jones recalled. “I began to write, then life happened and I stopped.”

Fortunately for Jones, a Houston-area author who is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, she was determined not to allow the hustle and bustle of life deter her from moving forward with her God-mandated assignment.

And, in the coming weeks, a massive portion of Jones’ vision will ceremoniously come full circle with the release of her first book entitled, “When The Pieces Begin to Fit.”

PRESALE ORDER NEIKI JONES’ BOOK: https://www.facebook.com/neikij

A book that will officially debut on the market on October 10, Jones’ “When The Pieces Begin To Fit” a testament, of sorts, of the solid work she has exemplified in recent years, both in the natural and the spirit.

A book that will officially debut on the market on October 10, Jones’ “When The Pieces Begin To Fit” is a testament, of sorts, of the solid work she has exemplified in recent years, both in the natural and the spirit.

“In 2018, that is when the dynamic of the content of the book changed along with the title,” Jones said.

Despite the name change of her first book, it’s safe to assume that Jones’ freshman written work will undoubtedly be a thing of beauty.

For starters, this spiritually-empowering and spiritually gut-checking project, by all accounts, is a printed sermon in its own right, given the featured and pivotal message this writer aspires to get across to her reading audience.

“The divine message I am sending to the audience through this book is that regardless of what life throws at you that giving up is not an option,” explained Jones, sounding very much like a missionary or licensed evangelist. “Also, (you must) not allow fear or people’s opinions stop you from reaching your full potential.”

Let the church say Amen.

But wait. There’s more to this awe-inspiring book that figures to be a constant page-turner for those we deem it necessary to purchase it.

“Never let anyone define who you are, and there is greatness on the inside of you,” said Jones, offering more of what her readers are in for through her new book. “We all have been purposed with a gift and the gift that is on the inside of you might be dormant, but you must connect to the right source. You have to activate that which is on the inside of you.”

THUS SAID THE LORD…

Suddenly, Jones felt compelled to offer a rather intriguing, captivating illustration as it pertains to breaking down her message.

“Just like a battery in our car, when it goes dead, we have jumper cables and have to connect to a battery that has power in order for the car to run,” Jones explained. “(We) just have to make sure we are connected to another battery that has power and not another dead battery.”

A book she began composing in August 2018, Jones needed just shy of a year to complete “When The Pieces Begin To Fit.”

“The (single, most) underlying reason for me to produce this book was to provide hope to those whose lives or situations seem hopeless,” Jones said.

As Jones acknowledged, a few of her peers sensed that her book was long overdue.

“When I first let others know that I was writing a book, the feedback I received was, ‘It is about time,’” Jones said. “So many individuals would tell me that it is time for my story to come out to help others.”

Now that her life-enhancing project is weeks away from making its  ceremonious debut, Jones has announced that another book is surely on the horizon, hopefully much sooner than later.

Interestingly, Jones has become a fixture through the ALAYA  Ministries, a nonprofit organization that’s accompanied by an acronym, which stands for: Activating Leadership To Accomplish Your Ambitions.

Interesting, Jones has become a fixture through the ALAYA  Ministries, a nonprofit organization that’s accompanied by an acronym, which stands for: Activating Leadership To Accomplish Your Ambitions.

Widely regarded as a broad-based community outreach organization, ALAYA  Ministries’ strategic emphasis is dedicated largely to promoting empowerment to women, men and children.

According to organizers for ALAYA  Ministries, this is done by equipping them to achieve leadership skills through support services, personal growth, classes and workshops.

In addition, this allows them to become self-sufficient which, according to ministry officials, is considered unlocking the potential of effective leaders.

Fortunately for Jones, a Houston-area author who is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, she was determined not to allow the hustle and bustle of life deter her from moving forward with her God-mandated assignment.

As for her book, Jones said: “I want people to know that we all have experienced our ‘there’ moment, and to be honest, we still might be in our ‘there,’ but you will come out. In your darkest moments, trust God even more, lean on your faith even more, and see the salvation of the Lord come through for you.

“It is important to understand the season that which you are in,” Jones added. “The higher one goes, expect adversity, but know that God is with you and He is carrying you when you cannot carry yourself.”

Because at the end of the real day, it’ll all work out for your good — something to which this author can greatly attest.

Houston-area author Nicole Michelle advancing the kingdom mightily through her immeasurable writing gift

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose; For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters; And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified; What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:28-31 KJV)

PROVERBS 31 AFFECT

WOMAN OF MANY HATS — Once a catalyst in the Corporate America sector — during which she assumed the role as an Executive Director with an international public accounting firm, which was accompanied by a multiple six-figure income — Nicole Michelle has proven to be a crafty author, of sorts, given she has assembled three books to date. Three of her most prized written works: “Overcoming Mediocrity,” “Prayers Of The Righteous That Availeth Much,” and “COMMON WEALTH: Looks Just Like You.”

DALLAS — Prayer. Purpose. Power.

To her distinctly unique credit, these are just a trio of spiritual superlatives that greatly sum up who Nicole Michelle is.

According to a detailed introduction at https://nicolemichelle.com/, Nicole Michelle is widely regarded as an accomplished evangelist, one who has been appropriately dubbed a “multi- dimensional” Proverbs 31 woman whom, much to her delight, firmly believes when much is given, even more is required.

For Nicole Michelle, each of her awe-inspiring books is a thing of beauty, in large part because these projects are steadily having a massive impact, particularly in the Body of Christ.

“In 2012, I went through a prayer desert where I literally could not pray,” Nicole Michelle told Making Headline News this week. “(I’m) a prayer warrior and an intercessor….but I could not pray.  The only words I could utter were, ‘Lord, bless the mess.’ That is what my life was at that time, a mess. But God turned my mess into my message.”

Interestingly, what this Christian-based author had ultimately come to discover was that uttering “Lord, bless my mess” was a sufficient enough dialogue with the Father that would give way to her acquiring the much-anticipated breakthrough she so desperately sought at the time.

IN HER OWN WORDS — “’Prayers Of the Righteous That Availeth Much’ is dedicated to the believers, individuals, intercessors, and prayer warriors who struggle to pray when the cares of life become overwhelming,” Nicole Michelle said.

“God spoke to me and said, ‘If you could not pray as the prayer warrior and intercessor that you are, what about my other children?’” Nicole Michelle recalled. “God downloaded over 350 prayer topics to me and I released my first volume of 110 prayer topics in February 2017.”

Not to be outdone, it was because Nicole Michelle had exemplified unwavering faith that God, in turn, ceremoniously bestowed upon her the fruit of her labor by allowing her to release the sophomore volume of financial devotionals in April 2019, a development that ironically unfolded on her 45th birthday.

And just like that, she had steadfastly found her niche in this, the ever-so-competitive authorship industry.

“I wanted to circumvent any other prayer desert,” said Nicole Michelle, explaining in detailed the purpose for her books. “My books are meant to be catalysts that allow individuals to jump start their prayer life through daily devotional time with God.

“’Prayers Of the Righteous That Availeth Much’ is dedicated to the believers, individuals, intercessors, and prayer warriors who struggle to pray when the cares of life become overwhelming,” Nicole Michelle added.

Interestingly, what this Christian-based author had ultimately come to discover was that uttering “Lord, bless my mess” was a sufficient enough dialogue with the Father that would give way to her acquiring the much-anticipated breakthrough she so desperately sought at the time.

As for “COMMON WEALTH: Looks Just Like You,” this Houston-area author emphasized, among other things, that this project was designed to allow individuals to become what she appropriately describes as their “best financial self,” a rather unique and essential disposition that aligns with 3 John 1:2, she acknowledged.

A beloved mother, mentor, executive business woman, humanitarian, philanthropist, publisher, and an independent certified speaker, Nicole Michelle’s authorship talents were initially put on display sometime Fall 2016.

Subsequently, her first volume was released in Spring 2017, followed by the ensuing volume approximately two years later.

To her credit, she’s since been as good as advertised as a rising and gifted author.

To God be the glory.

“I want the readers to know that they can stay connected to the Father through prayer and that they are able to tap into God’s power and achieve the lifestyle of health, wealth, and abundance that God has desired for us as believers,” said Nicole Michelle, explaining the divine message she aspires to send to her reading audience through her books.”

A beloved mother, mentor, executive business woman, humanitarian, philanthropist, publisher, and an independent certified speaker, Nicole Michelle’s authorship talents were initially put on display sometime Fall 2016.

As expected, the overall feedback since the release of her books has been favorable, for the most part — not to mention spiritually empowering.

“I have had First Ladies tell me that the prayer devotional literally saved their marriage, because they could spend their devotional time in prayer and privately deal with their issues and concerns by getting naked before God,” Nicole Michelle said. “Love covers a multitude of faults. God knows the evidence, but He conceals it from the enemy and your enemies. God also has a witness protection program that will change your identity once you have been purged and cleansed with His Word.”

“I want the readers to know that they can stay connected to the Father through prayer and that they are able to tap into God’s power and achieve the lifestyle of health, wealth, and abundance that God has desired for us as believers,” said Nicole Michelle explaining the divine message she aspires to send to her reading audience through her books.”

Additional books are forthcoming, said Nicole Michelle, a native of Missouri City, Texas.

She has, in fact, announced the future releases of four devotional volumes that will be centered on “Faith, Family, Healing and, Deliverance,” she said.

As expected, the overall feedback since the release of her books has been favorable, for the most part — not to mentioning spiritually empowering.

“My tests have become my testimonies,” Nicole Michelle said. “God has given me a ministry of transparency and allowed me to share with others the knowledge that I have garnered over the years. Knowledge is power and it is important that we utilize the resources around us to tap into that power.

Additional books are forthcoming, said Nicole Michelle, a native of Missouri City, Texas.

“My gift has made room for me and allowed me to share the good news of the Gospel across this nation.”

Thanks in large part to:  Prayer. Purpose. Power.

Which, of course, are just a trio of spiritual superlatives that greatly sum up who Nicole Michelle is.

Houston real estate extraordinaire Jacqueline Briscoe helping home buyers achieve the ‘American Dream’

NEW IMAGE, BIG DREAMS

DESTINY STEPS — For Jacqueline Briscoe, a native of Houston, she has been afforded the golden opportunity of helping homebuyers achieve and savor the America dream for the past decade and-a-half as the catalyst for New Image Realty.

DALLAS — When Jacqueline Briscoe advanced her education at the University of Houston, she deemed it essential to declare Communications as her major.

But amongst the notable factors she had ultimately come to discover was that God had other strategic ideas on her behalf.
For Briscoe, it was an awe-inspiring endeavor, one that eventually had come wrapped up in the unique gift through real estate.
“I have always been a people person and an advocate for the underdog,” Briscoe told Making Headline News this week. “So to help people who never thought they could buy a home walk into their season and get the American dream of home ownership, I am so grateful to be a part of that to make their dreams come true.”
A native of Houston, Briscoe has been afforded the golden opportunity of helping home buyers achieve and savor the “America dream” for the past decade and-a-half as the catalyst for New Image Realty.

Located at 16770 Imperial Valley Drive in the greater Houston metropolitan area, Briscoe has evolved as fixture in what undoubtedly is one of the country’s most competitive professions.

In a nutshell, part of her mission as a thriving real estate profession is routinely going to great lengths to ensure that her clients can appropriately encounter the proverbial unthinkable.

“(I love to) help people who didn’t know it was possible to buy a home,” said Briscoe, introducing her longstanding mission as only she could. “(I love) to show people (that even though) you can be single, you might have always rented before, or you are a newlywed couple or had credit struggles, I can normally help them become homeowners.”

To her credit, her immeasurable track record is such that she’s aided a number home buyers defy arguably the greatest of odds, particularly when pressing and navigating their way through the sometimes dreaded home-buying process.

“We have a program whereby when people are buying a new home, I give back a portion of my commission so when you buy a new home you won’t have a house note for at least two months,” said Briscoe, referring to her company’s ‘First Month On Us’ program.

Interestingly, Briscoe’s keen entrepreneurship reputation is such that she’s become thoroughly committed to showing her clients that she has a heart for people.

“I am with you from start to finish,” Briscoe said. “I have a background as a former loan officer and credit restoration adviser.”

In addition, Briscoe has spent a considerable amount of time, working as a new home consultant for home builders, she acknowledged.

“So I have a full knowledge of the entire realm of the real estate industry,” Briscoe said, adding that her strategic, featured motto is “Walk into your season.”

Three dimensional render of a cartoon human figure, standing over a SOLD sign, with a home in the background.

For what it’s worth, this rising giant in the real estate industry is surely walking in the divine season for which God has created her.

So much for studying Communications at the U of H.

“Let me help you achieve the American Dream through home ownership,” said Briscoe, adding that arguably her greatest inspirations are: Miko Branch, CEO of Miss Jessie’s, and Shannon Battle, Founder and Director of Family Services of America.

ALL AMERICAN REALTOR

HOLDING IT DOWN — To her credit, Briscoe’s immeasurable track record is such that she’s aided homebuyers defy arguably the greatest of odds, particularly when pressing and navigating their way through the sometimes dreaded home-buying process.

Much to her delight, Briscoe will make a few public appearances in the foreseeable future, during which she will continue to educate the masses on home buying opportunities.

“Remember, a credit (score) as low as 580 and two months no of house payment,” Briscoe said.

Sounding very much like the authentic real estate professional for which she is widely known.

Texas author Wendi Hayman’s new book recalls ongoing affair with Pastor, fellow church members

HEALED, DELIVERED, AND SET FREE

WHAT’S THE CHURCH 411? Published by Glory to Glory Publications, Wendi Hayman’s “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” depicts her emotionally-driven memory, during which she assumed an administrative role to the Pastor of the church she attended.

DALLAS — Don’t get it twisted.

Wendi Hayman would be the first to admit that she isn’t addressing the media about her newly-produced tell-all book for the sake of gaining attention, for the sake of acquiring figurative pats on back, if you will.
Rather, she’s addressing the press, in large part because it essentially aligns with the purpose for which God created her.
“God’s purpose for me is (to be) a writer and creative story teller of the realities of life,” Hayman told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “That all lead back to God’s ultimate purpose and plan for His people in the earth. This book is part of that purpose for me to be a voice for those who have suffered in silence from past mistakes and trauma.”
The book to which Hayman is alluding is her newly-assembled written work entitled, “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors,” a spiritually-empowering, heading-turning, attention-grabbing project that figures to create a constant buzz throughout the Body of Christ — much sooner than later.

A MUST READ — Hayman’s “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” is a spiritually-empowering, heading-turning, attention-grabbing book that figures to create a constant buzz throughout the Body of Christ — much sooner than later.

Published by Glory to Glory Publications, Hayman’s “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” depicts her emotionally-driven life, during which she assumed an administrative role to the Pastor of the church she attended.

Working primarily in a volunteer role, Hayman’s primary ambition for agreeing to this post was to “sow seeds of her time” in a strategic effort of being what this writer describes as “the catalyst” she needed to gain full-time employment, according to a detailed introduction of her book by Google Books.

Having served in a similar capacity at the previous church she attended while unemployed, Hayman’s favorable deeds had ultimately given way to a positive and much-anticipated harvest which, much to her delight, led to her landing a full-time gig.

“Wendi didn’t expect that her interactions with the Pastor would cause her to be interested in him other than a working relationship,” said a Google Book spokesperson for Hayman’s new book.  “These interactions that occurred moved from being innocently platonic to indiscretions. They also put Wendi on a winding road of infidelity that she did not expect to find herself on. In full sin and rebellion against God, Wendi then found herself at a place of complete brokenness and knew that the only way to wholeness was to run back to God where she belonged.”

Hayman’s third book to date that is currently available for pre-sale ordering, this Houston-area author said her latest book has surprisingly garnered favorable feedback just as she envisioned.

“I have received numerous praise for sharing my story or transparent truth of deliverance after being in the church, serving as a Pastor’s secretary, married while having an affair with the Pastor and committing adultery with other members,” Hayman said. “I was also a victim of infidelity from my husband.

“People have told me that my transparency has helped them in the things they have suffered in silence that they’ve endured in life, have done, or things (they’ve had) done to them. It has also encouraged other women to share their own stories of overcoming trauma and some of life’s most challenging situations.”

Having admittedly caught the vision to compose “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors” approximately a year ago, Hayman needed just shy of a year to finish a book that, as she puts it forthrightly, is synonymous somewhat to the Biblical events involving Eve’s run-in with the serpent.

“I didn’t directly come on to him, and he didn’t directly come on to me,” Hayman explained. “It all started with a subtle joke he made with a sexual undertone — Hayman is now alluding to Genesis 3:1: “and he said unto the woman” — that I responded back to with my own sexual undertone — she is now referencing Genesis 3:2: “And the woman said unto the serpent” — I had taken the bait (she is now alluding to Genesis 3:6: “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eye).”

LEAD-OFF BATTER — A native of Houston, Hayman made her authorship debut when she witnessed the release of her fiction project, “One Hot Summer,” in 2016.

And the rest, as they say, was history.

Or, as today’s millennials would say, “It was on and poppin.”

When asked what was the single, most underlying reason she chose to produce “The Pastor’s Secretary: What Really Happens Behind Closed Doors,” Hayman said: “So that the church or Christian community can live in freedom from sin, secrets, silence, and shame from things done in their lives or done to them.”

She followed that up with a non-fiction book entitled, “Blind Ambition, in 2017.

All things considered, Hayman’s latest book is starting to generate a constant media presence, this prior to its official release.

Hayman’s third book to date — which is currently available for pre-sale ordering — this Houston-area author said her latest book has surprisingly garnered favorable feedback just as she envisioned.

Other books are presently in the works, she said, most notably “Out Of The Ashes” and “The Family Legacy.”

To her credit, Hayman also has emerged as an ambassador, of sorts, for other aspiring authors.

“I will be hosting a coaching cafe entitled, ‘The Power Of Your Story: How To Write A Book Or Build A Brand From Your Personal Story,’” said Hayman, referring to her forthcoming appearance at the Ignite Women’s Empowerment Conference in Philadelphia on November 1-2.

Houston author Philandis Stovall’s recalls loving memory of her son, who wrote a book before his untimely death

If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small. (Proverbs 24:10 KJV)

VICTORIOUS REGARDLESS

MUSTARDSEED FAITH — Houston author Philandis Stovall wrote the emotionally-driven, tear-jerking written work entitled, “Even Through the Storm: A Mom’s Story of Faith Amid Adversity, an awe-inspiring project that garnered a wave of media coverage since its much-anticipated release in nearly two years ago.

DALLAS — To his credit, little “Ziggy” reached his destiny before God ceremoniously called him home.

“I received the confirmation for writing my book when I was in the hospital with my son while he was having his bone marrow transplantation,” Philandis Philly Stovall told Making Headline News during a weekend interview, recalling the memorable developments that unfolded in July 2017, during which her son, Fre’Derick Leontez Young Redd III, was hospitalized at Texas Children’s Hospital after being diagnosed with cancer.
The book to which Stovall is alluding is her emotionally-driven, tear-jerking written work entitled, “Even Through the Storm: A Mom’s Story of Faith Amid Adversity, an awe-inspiring project that garnered a wave of media coverage since its much-anticipated release in nearly two years ago.
A book that Stovall began composing sometime in September 2017 and needed approximately two weeks to complete, “Even Through the Storm: A Mom’s Story of Faith Admid Adversity” is a story of one mom’s journey from despair to triumph, according to detailed breakdown by Google Books.

A book that Stovall began composing sometime in September 2017 and needed approximately two weeks to complete, “Even Through the Storm: A Mom’s Story of Faith Admid Adversity” is a story of one mom’s journey from despair to triumph, according to detailed breakdown by Google Books.

In 2012, for instance, Stovall’s then four-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer. Consequently, she found herself in what she described as “a zone,” whereby all she wanted was peace and quiet.

In  no particular order.

“I was searching for sense in a situation that made no sense to me,” Stovall writes.

STAR POWER — Interestingly and much to Stovall’s delight, her book — as well as her son’s written work — has caught the attention of an array of athletes, including the Rice University football program the Houston Texans, as well as former NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal.

Interestingly, alone with her wave of thoughts and emotions, Stovall desperately wanted to “wake up” from what sense was a nightmare.

Still, the Greenville, Mississippi native demonstrated enough faith to stay awake, particularly in the spirit, considering she had come to grips with the notion that what was unfolding in her young life wasn’t merely a dream.

“This was reality and she was forced with the choice of retreating into the devastation or fighting her way through the storm,” said a Google Books spokesperson for Stovall’s “Even Through the Storm: A Mom’s Story of Faith Admid Adversity.’” “Finding herself on an unexpected and unwelcome path, the young mother could feel a rebirth happening. With each day and event, she found herself growing stronger and stronger.”

In 2012, for instance, Stovall’s then four-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer. Consequently, she found herself in what she described as “a zone,” where all she wanted was peace and quiet.

Even amid her son’s unlikely diagnosis — he wasn’t born with cancer – Stovall didn’t merely have time to cope; rather, she simply had to learn to deal with it, she’s explained time and again.

Regardless, because of her spiritually resourcefulness, Stovall’s story essentially is one whereby she had to learn of rely on her faith — the kind of faith that had ultimately given way to her exemplifying hope, particularly when that about which she encountered seemed hopeless.

But God…

“I knew from the beginning of our journey we had a purpose and reason for being assigned to go through cancer treatment,” said Stovall, when asked what was the single, most underlying reason she chose to produce “Even Through the Storm: A Mom’s Story of Faith Admid Adversity.” “My handsome son wasn’t born with cancer. He was born a completely healthy baby boy.”

Still, before his health had begun to decline, Stovall miraculously aided her son mightily to fulfill his God-manifested purpose, considering “Ziggy” surprisingly wrote his very own book while in the hospital before he passed away. The title: “The Mystery of the Missing Ring,” which was published earlier this year.

The title: “The Mystery of the Missing Ring,” which was published earlier this year.

Talk about a mother and child collectively devising ways to weather arguably the toughest of adversity.

“I have gotten overwhelmingly amazing reviews and feedback on my memoir, including five-star ratings,” Stovall said. “I was told prophetically I have a bestselling book and that’s what I believe.”

Interestingly and much to Stovall’s delight, her book — as well as her son’s written work — has caught the attention of an array of athletes, including the Rice University football program the Houston Texans, as well as former NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal.

Because of her spiritually resourcefulness, Stovall’s story essentially is one whereby she had to learn of rely on her faith — the kind of faith that had ultimately given way to her exemplifying hope, particularly when that about which she encountered seemed hopeless.

“This memoir shares a major part of my life and how I handled it being a single mother of two children with one being diagnosed with cancer,” said Stovall, adding “more personal book projects” are forthcoming much sooner than later. “I have been able to share my strengths, weaknesses, and faith in God words, no matter what the world says. I have been able to start and continue one of my passions, which is helping others with my nonprofit organization efforts.”

Surely, because of keen perseverance, “Ziggy” is peeping through the clouds above and giving his mom’s a well-deserved thumbs up.

Houston-area author Aisha Nauling’s “Awake” has quickly become a No. 1 international bestseller

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV)

ALL IN GOD’S PLANS

DREAMS UNFOLDING — Aisha Nauling has gone to great lengths to ensure that her newly-produced book entitled, “Awake,” would be an awe-inspiring written document that would become a fixture not just in the states, but globally.Mission accomplished.

DALLAS — If there’s one thing that Aisha Nauling is convinced of, it is this:

Her labour isn’t merely vain in the Lord.

Consider, for instance, how during a recent interview with Making Headline News, Nauling recalled vividly how God has strategically allowed doors to open on her behalf, most notably through the competitive world of authorship.
“This was an obedience move for me,” Nauling explained. “I knew I was supposed to write a book but had great fear. (Greensboro, North Carolina businesswoman) Leslie Wright invites me to be a part of the book Anthology.”

BUY AISHA’S BOOK HERE: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R4Q8B6P/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awdo_t1_Vm5XCbS0R4J0V?

To her credit, Nauling has gone to great lengths to ensure that her newly-produced book entitled, “Awake,” would be an awe-inspiring written document that would become a fixture not just in the states, but globally.

Mission accomplished.

That’s because much to the delight of this Houston, Texas-area author, “Awake” has emerged as a No. 1 International Bestseller, particularly in the United Kingdom.

That, to Nauling’s credit, is a massive testament that implies, among other things, her labour isn’t merely in vain.

“I refused to let fear or doubt be a reason for me to tell God He didn’t get it right,” said Nauling, explaining her primary reason for composing “Awake.”

A book that Nauling commenced to writing sometime this past winter — “shortly after revamping my credit repair business and launching my shirt line,” she said — “Awake” has been nothing short of remarkable since its much-anticipated release.

And, because Nauling’s published collection of poems and other writings in this book have grasped the attention of an international audience, it’s safe to assume that her best and brightest days as a rising author are well ahead of her.

“It’s an anthology of stories about the epiphany that you can construct and have the life of your dreams,” said Nauling, explaining the divine purpose for her book. “Women (should) go back to capture the moment and document their now. I have been chosen to bring hope to others by sharing my testimony and Godly wisdom on how to gain momentum to live the life God has called them to by living mine out loud.”

HEAVENLY MILESTONE — Nauling’s “Awake” has emerged as a No. 1 International Bestseller, particularly in the United Kingdom.

Interestingly for Nauling, she described the ongoing feedback since the release of “Awaken” as “going bananas,” meaning there has been a constant favorable buzz surrounding her new book.

“(It has) already hit bestseller in the U.S. and U.K.,” Nauling said in wonderment.

All of which practically sums up why other books undoubtedly are in the works, Nauling has announced.
