HOUSE IN ORDER
During her rise to entrepreneurship, someone deemed it essential to aid Taynia A. Coleman mightily in accomplishing her dreams.
Now she’s destined to return to favor.
A devoted businesswoman who could be appropriately described as one of many hats, Coleman has become a fixture as a Detroit metropolitan area real estate agent as the face of Realty by Taynia.
A native of the Motor City, Coleman’s chief responsibilities include — but are limited to — helping clients fulfill their dreams and goals, particularly through relocating, finding a home, as well as purchasing or renting a home.
“Realty by Taynia is also going into real estate investing, where we will buy and sale property and sometimes manage the property,” Coleman told Making Headline News during a recent interview. “The goal is to help those who may need to sale their homes fast, or they may have a property that they can’t take care of anymore. We would buy those homes and make them investment properties.”
By and large, Coleman said arguably her primary focus in servicing her clients to go to great lengths to ensure they are left with all smiles, compliments of her services rendered.
“What I like most is making the client happy…watching them fall in love with the home, they would say yes too,” Coleman said. “Also, I love getting the job done in record time.”
A real estate venture whereby she customarily caters to individuals ranging in ages 21-and-up, Coleman has enjoyed a great amount of sustained success since she became active in this ever-so-competitive industry a little less than a year ago.
“I am in the business of helping people, especially when they have hard times,” said Coleman, who delved off into real estate in August 2018. “I want to help as many people get what they want, need, or dream about in the best way possible by putting their desires first.”
In a nutshell, Coleman doesn’t shy away from the notion that her entrepreneurship reputation is such that she routinely exemplifies having a heart for people.
Plain and simple.
“My personal mission is just to help people get in a better place, whether that is mentally or physically,” said Coleman, who’s also an accomplished author who wrote “An Unnecessary Breakdown Within Your Relationship: Communication Is Key.”
Having become inspired by her father to consider real estate, Coleman — who admittedly struggled with the suggestion — had ultimately given it a try — a decision that, to her credit, has given way to some rather favorable results.
Yep. Turns out dad knows best.
“At first, real estate was not what I had in my vision, but after watching my dad, I began to get visions of what could be,” Coleman said. “He is a broker here in Michigan and I have been studying and watching his every move. I have worked with him closely. I have done property management for his business and ran the real estate office after leaving my Corporate America office job.”

For Coleman, bolting Corporate America wasn’t such a bad concept after all.
If nothing else, it jumpstarted her quest to fulfilling what undoubtedly has aligned with her God-given purpose.
“Whatever you put your mind to, you can do it,” said Coleman, who also functions as a Detroit-area notary public, whereby she offers mobile notary and documentation services. “Always know your end game and make steps to see the end manifest itself. Always remember that if you want to have a successful life, you must always have God in the mix, especially in those times when you can’t figure everything out for yourself. God always will send an answer but you have to be willing to listen.”
Fortunately for Coleman, she was all ears, especially when her dad had begun offering a notable suggestion that essentially has changed the overall landscape of her life.
