And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 NKJV)
GOD’S FAITH STEPPER
As it pertains to individuals’ quest to advance the kingdom and discover their God-given purpose, amongst the key and most effective attributes they must possess is solid leadership skills.
Amongst those who can greatly attest to this notion is Chaundra Nicole Gore.
During a weekend interview with Making Headline News, Gore credited legendary Civil Rights pioneer Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as having had arguably the most influential impact on her life.
“Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. inspired me from the age of seven when I first started speaking in school, winning competitions and writing my speeches,” Gore recalled. “I was born to speak.
And, to her distinctly unique credit, she’s done a masterful job of not just putting her immeasurable speaking gifts on display but, most importantly, she routinely goes to great lengths to aid others to maximize their potential.
A native of Chicago, Gore, 37, is the founder and CEO of LensOfFaith Speaks Coaching and Consulting, a venture she established in 2017.

Nearly two years removed since its inception, Gore’s LensOfFaith Speaks Coaching and Consulting is widely known for assisting servant leaders to discover their purpose, as well as exercise their power, thus walk by faith to live an abundant life.
In essence, LensOfFaith Speaks Coaching and Consulting is thoroughly committed to transitioning the mind through meditation, prayer, and the utilizing what Gore refers to as the ‘discovering YOU’ program, which is designed specifically to each person based on their end goal, Gore acknowledged.
“I love being able to serve people, transform lives, and reach my destiny while helping others do the same,” Gore said of a rising organization that mostly serves individuals ranging in ages 25-to-55.
As for her competitive drive that has greatly enabled her to discover a greater version of herself, Gore credits her awe-inspiring journey as a disabled Army veteran, a stint that spans nearly two decades.
“I have always been competitive through my years of service,” Gore explained. “And so as I became closer to God, I found out what my true calling was — using the three steps (assist servant leaders to discover their purpose, exercise their power, and walk by faith to live and abundant life).
As Gore hinted, it was, by all accounts, because of her tenure in the military that essentially allowed her to draw close to God, a development that, much to her delight, has driven her to the purpose for which she was created.
“God used the Army as a training ground for me to develop as a servant leader, because he was birthing me for such a time as this,” Gore said. “If I could teach, train, and motivate soldiers, God knew I would be ready for His people. So here I am, ready to motivate, inspire and encourage servant leaders to reach their destiny.”
And boy is she putting forth a valiant effort in the process, all the while God continues to strategically enlarge her territory, in large part because of her steadfast act of obedience.
“My personal mission to impact the lives of God’s people by helping them discover their true God given ability, by simply trusting God, doing intentional work to find their niche (through) fervent and effective prayer, and the power of meditation to quiet the mind and gain clarity and understanding,” said Gore, who’s been afforded to put her spiritually-empowering gifts on display in such places as Georgia, New Jersey, Chicago, Florida, South Carolina, and the Virgin Islands.
A graduate of Chicago’s Morgan Park High, Gore earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Devry University and a Master’s of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
She’s currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership Ed.D from Grand Canyon University.
Also, Gore is a radio talk show host for Encouraging Yourself Show, which is affiliated with an All Nations Stellar award-winning radio station.

Accompanied by the theme, “A Night Of Networking Power,” the Fresh Wind 2020 Focus and Aligned empowerment event will take place January 25 from 6-10 p.m. at the American Legion, located at 3810 West Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa.
“I have been speaking forever in the Army to a specific group of people, but now I am touching the hearts and minds of whomever God leads me to impact,” Gore said. “It is imperative that I inspire others. That is what God designed me to do. Why not make someone else smile, motivate them to succeed and live their life just as God I tended them to do?”
Something to which she can greatly attest now that she’s functioning mightily in her God-given purpose.
