She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard; She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. (Proverbs 31:16-17 NIV)
MASSIVE GLOBAL IMPACT
First and foremost, she credits Almighty God for strategically bestowing upon her the desires of her heart.
Secondly, she thoroughly appreciates her parents, in large part because of their tenacity and resourcefulness.
“I was exposed to the highs and lows of entrepreneurship since I was born,” Dr. Minesha White, during an interview this week with Making Headline News, said, recalling the memorable developments that have contributed mightily to her quest to emerging as a successful businesswoman.
Interestingly, she customarily pays homage to the legendary Cecily Tyson and the late Maya Angelou for their grace and gratitude.
And then there’s iconic and renowned spiritual leaders, the late Dr. Myles Monroe, and megachurch Pastor, Bishop T. D. Jakes, whom she commends for their wealth of wisdom and spiritual council.

She’d be remiss if she did not salute notable inspirational speakers Abraham Hicks and Bob Proctor for their keen knowledge and mental hygiene.
Oh, and she certainly can’t forget world renowned producer and playwright Tyler Perry for what she describes as a “commitment to the process.”
All things considered, these empowering, beloved and globally acclaimed individuals are whom Dr. White credits for having helped shape her life for what it has become to this very day.
“For as long as I can remember, my daily motivation has always been to show up in the world as a better person than I did the day before,” Dr. White said. “Living and leading with myself as the competition has helped to keep me focused and my motivation pure.”
To her credit, Dr. White’s well-publicized leadership skills, coupled with her immeasurable entrepreneurship track record, have been nothing short of impressive, most notably as the face of Work-Life Harmony Leadership & Development Company, her Tampa, Florida-based coaching academy whose strategic mission is centered largely on what she refers to as teaching “Work-Life Harmony” to high-performing women.
“I prefer to brand myself first at the creator of the Work-Life Harmony method, although I’m also known as ‘The Business Doctor’ for high-performers who want to use their skills, gifts, and talents to start or grow an automated business online,” said Dr. White, 36, who holds a Master’s Degree from Walden University and is a Doctoral candidate at the same school during which she’s studying Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
CHANGING A GENERATION
A native of New Jersey, Dr. White’s venture accommodates mostly women, she acknowledged.
“Although men embrace my Work-Life Harmony Method, I specialize in serving women with a lot of roles and responsibilities,” she explained. “I accomplish this through online courses, live events, and published content.”
Given her solid business-oriented resume, it’s no surprise that Dr. White has been blessed immensely to function in the purpose for which God created her, considering her entrepreneurship spans some two decades.
“I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 16 years old and founded my first non-profit (organization, which served my community for 12 years,” Dr. White recalls.
For her valiant efforts, it was those early years, she said, that had greatly cultivated her establish what is now The Work-Life Harmony Method, a venture that is presently regarded as the world’s No. 1 emerging holistic accountability system for women.
Talk about having an immediate and massive impact, coupled with sustained entrepreneurial success.
“I like the freedom and fulfillment I get from working full-time from home, while impacting lives and healing families all over the world through my signature Work-Life Harmony Method,” said Dr. White, whose company caters mostly to women ranging in ages 24 to 45. “Because I know my kids have expiration dates, in this season of my life, I choose to make my impact exclusively online.”
Fortunately for Dr. White, it is due in large part to her business’ digital presence that has greatly afforded her the golden opportunity to put her immeasurable skills on display in as many as 17 countries, many of which are represented in her Work-Life Harmony- The Perfect Blend of Life Business & Inspiration Facebook group.
“(My mission is) to impact world systems with my signature, Work-Life Harmony method. Once leaders learn their own Work-Life Harmony flow, they will have the capacity to live and lead within their specific system of influence with more consciousness and impact.
“I teach high performing women Work-Life Harmony so that they can live and lead their best life, without compromising themselves or their family.”
