Kimberly McLemore’s kingdom-based track record is such that she is more than just a brilliantly gifted author.

Moreover, McLemore’s WSBI has become a fixture for helping various small women business owners gain the maximum exposure they need to catapult their business and profitability, most notably by using the power of their voice through becoming an author, a podcast show host, or by creating a small business.
By all accounts, this credible endeavor is designed also to help increase visibility nationally and internationally, she said.
An award-winning entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker, McLemore’s WSBI customarily provides a platform on its podcast show, “Your Resource For Success,” which has served specifically women in business and the business community proudly for four years, and is featured before well over 160 guests for free on iHeartRadio, an outlet that’s comprised of more than 5,000 listeners.
“Each week, you get the opportunity to meet a new business owner as we go behind the scenes to discuss their inspiration, challenges and successes of being in business,” McLemore said.
All things considered, McLemore’s rise to entrepreneurial success comes amid humble beginnings during which she was destined to never allow her faith to waver.
“As a military veteran and domestic violence survivor, I know what it’s like to daily walk in the shadow of death and be burdened by feelings of hopelessness and powerlessness,” McLemore said. “But none of this could stop my success or high levels of achievement.”
An integral part of McLemore’s “high levels of achievement” includes (but aren’t limited to):
- Twenty-five years of experience in overseeing multi-million-dollar projects in the private and public sectors.
- Over 15 years’ experience in teaching a small business plan training certificate program through the State of Iowa.
- Owning two private businesses and,
- Numerous recognition’s and awards including a highlight in the Quad City Business Journal for Young Professionals Under 40 years of age in Iowa.
A native of Davenport, Iowa, McLemore holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Public Administration, and boasts over 15 years in business ownership and roughly 25 years in the project management, consultant and management analyst industries.
Interestingly, McLemore is the mastermind behind the book entitled, “Are You Living or Existing? Pros And Cons of Balancing Life,” an informative written work that focuses on teaching people to open their minds and understand that their existence is a gift and that they have at their disposal the right balance and or guidance that would enable them to live life to the fullest.
“The reason why it is imperative that I esteem and inspire others daily is because there are many women who do not know how to dream or know what direction to take,” said McLemore, adding that her next public is scheduled to take place in September 2020 (the Purple & Pink Throwback Fundraiser). “So, it is my purpose to teach others to fulfill their lives, trust the journey, and share what they have learned to help improve the quality of someone else life.
“Being the world’s best kept secret is not a good thing,” McLemore continued. “You might have the best message, product or service, but until your desired audience is aware of who you are or what you offer, your best work will collect dust.”
