For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)
‘SAVVY’ AND SUCCESSFUL
To grasp a thorough understanding of why Elisa Hanson-Linton has been appropriately described as “a savvy real estate mastermind,” look no further than her immeasurable track record in this ever-so-competitive industry.
Hanson-Linton’s tenure as an accomplished real estate professional spans nearly four years. Given the immeasurable strides she’s made in a relatively brief timeframe, and it’s no wonder Hanson-Linton has emerged as one of Texas’ best kept secrets in this highly competitive arena.
A native of Saint Croix of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hanson-Linton is a fixture for Linton & Co. Properties whereby she is a brokered through The Doug Erdy Group, a credible realty company that customarily serves the Houston metro area, including Kingwood, Atascocita, and The Woodlands.
“I enjoy my brokerage because we all work together, share ideas, and encourage others to succeed,” Hanson-Linton, 42, told Making Headline News this week. “I love being a savvy business owner and entrepreneur. This allows me to help my clients navigate their way to home ownership. I can custom tailor each transaction to suit my clients’ needs. Being fluid in this industry is key to being successful. No two transactions are alike.”

As Hanson-Linton explained, her assortment of life-altering experiences in the military has benefited her mightily as a successful businesswoman.
A beloved sergeant in the United States Army Hanson-Linton’s term includes having served in Ramadi, Iraq in Operation Iraqi Freedom OIF-IV.
“Among other things I’ve learned in the military was never leaving a soldier behind,” said Hanson-Linton, drawing a unique correlation between her tenure as an Army soldier and her rising endeavor as a devoted real estate professional. “I carry that through life, and now I convey this through each real estate transaction.”
Generally, a majority of Hanson-Linton’s clients are first-time home buyers, as well as veterans, and those who are moving into what she describes as “their forever home.”
Hanson-Linton’s clients typically range mostly in the ages of their mid-30-to-late-60’s, she said.
“I absolutely love what the real estate industry has taught me,” Hanson-Linton said. “It surely keeps me on my toes with all the changes happening in the industry and how I keep evolving to maintain a competitive edge and positive outcome for my clients.”
That she’s afforded the golden opportunity to cross paths with people with whom she establishes lasting friendships is priceless, as far as Hanson-Linton is concerned.
“I’ve met some of the most amazing clients who I now call friends,” she said. “I get the chance to upgrade the quality of life for them and their families. This is a pretty big deal. Helping others comes natural to me.”
As Hanson-Linton is swift to point out, she admittedly isn’t “just passionate” about real estate.
“I see it as my real estate ministry,” she says without hesitation. “God is ordering my steps and I guide my clients home, helping them to establish generational wealth. We all need somewhere to live why not invest in your own self first?”
Much to her delight, the unyielding support of her family, by all accounts, has greatly fueled Hanson-Linton’s desire to go diligently after her dreams, she said.
“My inspiration came from my loving and fully supporting husband, Peter Linton, my son, Ashiel Linton, who is the driving force of why I do what I do, and my extremely proud mother, Louise Hanson,” Hanson-Linton said.
As for the key to business-related success, Hanson-Linton emphasized, among other things, what it all boils down to steadfastly having a heart for people.
“The path to home ownership is not straight and at times and my clients want to give up,” Hanson-Linton said. “I keep them motivated and help them to continue to believe in themselves. I let them know that I am not quitting on them and I need them to stay in the game with me.
“My clients know that I am standing in the gap, praying for them and working diligently until they get keys in hand. It is my real estate commitment to them when we have our initial consultation.”
Appropriately and eloquently said by this passionately real estate professional, one who’s suitable known as “a savvy real estate mastermind.”
