Nearly three years removed from having delved off into the world of entrepreneurship, Linnear has appropriately revamped her brand to Raichal Beauty Cosmetics, her Shreveport, Louisiana-based natural organic beauty cosmetics brand, which has become a fixture for providing clients with delicate skin, particularly those who are diagnosed with Type 1/2 Diabetes, Eczema, Psoriasis, or Acne Treatment, among others.
Generally, each product is made accordingly to the customer’s needs.
During an August 2020 interview with Making Headline News, Linnear said Raichal Beauty Cosmetics are comprised of a three-fold umbrella:
- Magic Glosses Empire
- Dreamy Eyes Lash Bar and,
- Bossi Hair Boutique.
“Each business will serve each customer to their liking and needs,” Linnear said. “Each business I own will have 100 percent handmade products that is cruelty free and safe for all to use.”
In essence, Linnear has made immeasurable strides in expanding Magic Glosses Empire, in large part because of her keen ability to promote her products to consumers nationwide, a trend that has benefited her mightily since her venture’s inception.

“(My mission is) to see the women I always created in my mind to see the difference between who I was and who I am becoming,” Linnear said. “(I also aspire) to gain knowledge and insight of what’s to come for The Magic Glosses Empire.”
A business endeavor that is steadily becoming a national fixture, Linnear was inspired by a gallery of celebrities to start a business that has brought her a considerable amount of success.
As Linnear explained, Michelle Obama, Queen Latifah, Denzel Washington, and Will Smith head a list of prominent personalities who have greatly empowered her to pursue her entrepreneurship dreams.
So far, so good for this flourishing Louisiana businesswoman who’s convinced her empire’s best and brightest days are well ahead of her.
“To be an aspiring (entrepreneur), you have to learn how to inspire yourself and others in a way that they will gravitate to you (because of your success),” Linnear said. “(You’ve got to be determined) to be better than what you are. You have to learn how to not give up on yourself when things get hard and people give up on you.
“I am my own boss and (I love to) learn to new, creative things about my business and learn more about who I am as a businesswoman,” Linnear continued. “(I’d like) to connect with other businesswomen and men to experience the business industry of beauty cosmetics.”
Given her continuous rise as a progressive entrepreneur, they will be glad they did.
