TEXAS REAL ESTATE NEWS: Businesswoman Janelle Compton: What You Need To Know About The Co-Owner of Houston’s Cultured Realty

WINNING CULTURE

DOING IT BIG IN TEXAS — Janelle Compton — like Cultured Realty co-owner Raevonne Walker — has become the catalyst of a company that is widely regarded as one of the finest of its kind in Texas.

Janelle. Raevonne.

Raevonne. Janelle.

Given the immeasurable track record as arguably two of America’s best kept secrets in the ever-so-competitive real estate industry, it’s abundantly obvious that both are virtually inseparable.
“She’s the ying to my yang,” Janelle Compton, during a recent interview with Making Headline News, said of her solid, close-knit relationship with Raevonne Walker. “She has a great way of casting a vision and she’s awesome at business.”
For the record, both Compton and Walker have emerged as efficient, productive businesswomen as co-owners of Cultured Realty, a Houston-based real estate company that has enjoyed a considerable amount of growth since its ceremonious inception in February 2020.
Located at 2611 Cypress Creek Parkway, Suite A101 in Houston, Compton — like Walker — has become the catalyst of a company that is widely regarded as one of the finest of its kind in Texas.

For Compton, her fervent rise to entrepreneurship success began years ago under the tutelage of her beloved mother, who was a crafty and resourceful businesswoman in her own right.

“Thanks to my mom, I was groomed early as a woman and an entrepreneur,” Compton told Making Headline News during a March 2020 interview. “My mom ran a mobility impaired transportation company and she owned a cleaning service. I got married early in life, and my ex-husband was a serial entrepreneur. We owned two barber shops, two snow cone stands, and a lawn service. I had no choice but to use my gifts and follow my passions.”

REAL ESTATE’S GAME-CHANGER

MAJOR 2020 VISION — A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Compton brings to Cultured Realty a wealth of immeasurable leadership and experience, helping enhance a company that is thoroughly committed to empowering like-minded professionals to become a better version of themselves, a trend that practically sums up its rapid — and continuous — growth since its February 2020 inception.

To her credit, Compton has played an integral role in the sustained success of a Cultured Realty company that’s aiming to secure 150 real estate professionals by year’s end.

“God gave me a natural gift to educate, encourage, counsel, and assist others,” Compton, a graduate of Fort Worth’s Trimble Technical High School, said. “I wanted to have time with my children and my real estate career allowed me to be a great mom and never miss an event in their life. The constant push of living by faith has driven me to the person I am today.”

After graduating high school, Compton subsequently earned an Associate Degree from Tarrant County Community College. Her professional experience in real estate spans two decades, a stint that includes this native Texan having started her own brokerage firm in her native establishment.

Interestingly, Compton joined Keller Williams Realty in 2015 during which she assumed roles as a coach and trainer which, much to her delight, allowed this business coaching guru to train and empower agents nationwide.

TERRIFIC TEXAS TANDEM — “She’s the ying to my yang,” Janelle Compton, during a recent interview with Making Headline News, said of her solid, close-knit relationship with Raevonne Walker. “She has a great way of casting a vision and she’s awesome at business.”

As far as Compton is concerned, she’s thoroughly convinced that her company’s best and brightest days are well ahead of it.

“I see Cultured in five different cities and an agent of at least 1,000 combined,” Compton says.

Without hesitation. So stayed tuned.
