Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV)
HANDPICKED BY GOD
Elder Joan T. Randall loves the Lord.
There’s no doubt about that.
In all honesty, she doesn’t mind telling the world about it, doesn’t give a second thought about making known His deeds among the people, as we are reminded, according to Psalm 105:1.
Much to her delight, she’s customarily afforded such an immeasurable opportunity to tell of God’s goodness, thus strategically advance the kingdom as the face of Joan T Randall Enterprise LLC, her Charlotte, North Carolina-based venture that is comprised of Randall functioning fervently in her divine purpose as an award-winning author, transformational speaker, coach, and publisher.
For Randall, her rise to entrepreneurial success comes amid humble beginnings.

A native of Jamaica, Randall relocated to the United States a little more than three decades ago and has since garnered dual citizenship.
Moreover, Randall has adopted a keen passion for working in ministry, although such a notable, faith-based journey hasn’t been easy in any way, shape, or form, the founder of Joan T. Randall Ministries told Making Headline News this week.
“For as long as I can remember, I had a deep connection to ministry,” Randall explained. “I love the Lord, I love to serve, and I knew from an early age that I was purposed to impact lives. However, I never had the courage or confidence that I knew enough to walk in my calling.”
At one point in time, Randall recalls, she suddenly found herself having wandered from “church to church” in hopes of finding her niche in ministry. What she had ultimately discovered, however, was that God had other plans — plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future.
“(I was) yearning for the opportunity to learn all I could, but I always came up short,” Randall said. “So I never truly accepted my call, although the pull was in my heart.”
Then some three years ago, the unthinkable had subsequently transpired, which undoubtedly was the grandest shock of Randall’s life.
“I experienced a medical crisis that almost took my life, but God gave me another chance,” Randall says without hesitation. “I survived, and I knew that God saved me because of my assignment. I knew the time had come for me to get serious about my relationship with the Holy Spirit and to fulfill the mandate that I was given. I was ready.”
And the rest, as they say, was history.

Not only was Randall “ready” to accomplish God’s will for her life but, to her credit, her ministerial contributions are such that she’s virtually impacting the lives of people from various walks of life.
“There is a saying that (goes), ‘When the student is ready, the teacher will appear,’” Randall said. “In 2019, I met Overseer Juanita Corry Jackson, who took me under her wings and became my spiritual mentor. That relationship was the turning point.”
Such much, in fact, that Randall in June 2020 had fully accepted her kingdom-based calling when she was ordained as an elder, an awe-inspiring development that led to the ceremonious launch of Joan T. Randall Ministries in November 2020.
REAPING A HARVEST
Yep. With God, all things are possible to those who not only believe, but to those who diligently exercise their faith until God moves on their behalf — something to which Randall can greatly attest.
“In the natural, I have to credit God first, because my own understanding was shot, so I could never give that credit to myself,” Randall said. “However, people in my life supported me to sustain my drive. My husband, my children, and my sister, Shelly, are my foundation here on earth.
“In the spirit, Jesus Christ gets all the credit,” Randall continued. “I can recall the day when I cried out and asked the Holy Spirit to fill the space in my heart that could not be filled by anyone in the natural. I wanted to be an ambassador and an agent for God. I received that which I asked for, and I am now accountable to Him.”
Having authored 10 books to date, Randall emphasized, among other things, that it is imperative that we are intentional, particularly as it pertains to esteeming others highly than ourselves, as Paul encourages us in Philippians 2:3.
“Paul talked about unity in the previous verse,” said Randall, referring to Philippians 2:2. “In his letter, he was commanding his readers to avoid acting greedy or dishonest. His goal was for them to understand that they should remove the focus from themselves to others.
“His message was that Christians should treat others’ needs above themselves, because if we put others’ needs first, then that leads to the kind of humility that leads to love and unity. In my case, my purpose is not about me, but it is about those that I am called to serve. And when I do, it will not be to brag, but to fulfill the calling and purpose of my life.”
Just as Almighty God had envisioned for her life all along.
In all honesty.
