One thing about Jay Vinson, he’s always going to assume the businesslike approach.
To grasp a full concept of why Vinson’s immeasurable business-oriented track record is such that he’s thriving fervently in his divine element, look no further than his solid upbringing.
“As (far as) being a millennial (goes), I have always had the mindset of an entrepreneur, especially learning the skills and traits of operating a business from my parents as they both are business owners and a retired bank manager at one of the well-known banks globally,” Vinson told Making Headline News this week.
To his credit, it is due in large part to the wealth of knowledge and wisdom he inherited from his parents that Vinson has emerged as an accomplished as what could be appropriately described as an entrepreneur of many hats, considers his endeavors are that of a Youth and Spiritual Transformational Coach, Author, Empowerment Speaker, Faith Based Leader, and Educator.
A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Vinson is suitably known as the mastermind behind JJV Enterprises Inc., his Atlanta-area featured venture that has become a fixture for strategically offering transformational life coaching, particularly for the youth, middle and high school boys, as well as offering empowerment speaking and feeding the homeless in the metro Atlanta area and globally.

“My personal mission is to see each middle and high school young man who I will have the pleasure of coaching become successful in life as they go through my coaching program,” said Vinson, providing a detailed overview of his featured endeavor.
In essence, Vinson said his personal mission for having become a transformational life coach to empower his clients to become better versions of themselves. Generally, this is done by customarily helping them to achieve favorable results in life and, in putting it more precisely, he stressed, by “living their best life on purpose,” something for which God has ordained them, according to the familiar passage that is John 10:10.
A progressive, flourishing business endeavor he established in early 2020, Vinson is steadily reaping sustained success as a transformational life coach.
“I like that I am able to grow my business where I currently reside, as well as reach others globally through my social media platforms who may be looking for a mentor, life coach, or even a public speaker,” Vinson said. “I like how I can be able to be flexible and make changes throughout my different programs that I have planned as a business owner.”
Even as whom many would refer to as a millennial, given he’s just 30 years of age, Vinson, nevertheless, has gone to great lengths to make a name for himself, all the while helping advance the kingdom mightily in the process.
“As being a faith-based leader and educator, I have mentored a lot of youth who came from a single-parent home and even coached numerous people who were struggling with self-identity, mental health, and trying to figure out their life purpose,” Vinson said. “So, that propelled me to start a nonprofit business as a transformational coach.”
Armed with an array of experience in his selected line of work, Vinson is widely known as “Pastor Jay Vinson,” a devout man of faith who is the mastermind behind Stepping Into Greatness: From Pain To Purpose & Promise, his sophomore book that debuted in November 2020 and has been read by a number of prominent individuals around the country and throughout the Body of Christ.

Vinson made his authorship debut in March 2020 with the highly-anticipated release of Pain To Purpose.
Besides having evolved as a Christian-based author, Vinson’s latest major project is having established Stepping Into Greatness, his rising youth coaching academy for middle and high school boys that is comprised of the local school system in the metro Atlanta area. This institution, he said, also provides what he appropriately describes as global and spiritual coaching sessions.
“As being a full-time educator, I am seeing firsthand that a lot of students are losing hope, stressed out, don’t know what their purpose is for life, and are not engaging in school due to the global pandemic, COVID-19, that our nation is currently faced with,” said Vinson, explaining the necessity of his youth coaching academy.
“Although we are still in the middle of a pandemic and most parents may not feel comfortable with their child being in school face-to-face, I have another option for them. I plan on hosting one-on-one coaching sessions for those individuals virtually through the Zoom platform. In order for our young men to see greatness, they have to know what it takes to step into greatness. So that’s why I shifted my coaching plans for 2021 from health and wellness to coaching our young men.
“The most important question anyone can ask themselves is ‘What is my purpose?’” Vinson continued. “Because that question can lead us out of suffering and into a lifetime of discovering what God has planned for us. More often than not, that path starts with adversity and pain. This has never been clearer than right now, with sickness and death all around us. But God always has a purpose for our pain. And life’s adversity has a way of leading us toward a higher goal.”
