NUTRITION GAME CHANGERS
Joseph and Denise Gordon will be commemorating 18 years of marriage on September 19.
Having collectively established a close-knit family bond that includes becoming extremely passionate about traveling, the Gordons admittedly have made one intriguing discovery throughout the years.
“We often find that eating out is incredibly challenging,” Denise Gordon told Making Headline News this week.
That, after all, is amongst the biggest reasons the Gordons have started what are known as Celestial Eats Nutrition and Wellness & Celestial Eats Café, their Buford, Georgia-based health and wellness ventures that have become fixtures for specializing in all things nutrition catering, particularly for individuals with food sensitivity, allergy and intolerance.

“We dig deeper into finding out the root cause to certain health issues while working with physicians” Denise Gordon, 38, told MHN. “We also provide meal prep and meal ideas, as well as catering services.”
Not only that, the Gordons, to their credit, have added other notable entities their progressive, thriving health and wellness empire: one-on-one cooking tutorials and webinars.
Other nutrition assessments offered by Celestial Eats Nutrition and Wellness & Celestial Eats Café include:
- A 60-minute assessment and nutrition counseling session
- Foundation to all nutrition packages that customarily serve as the starting point for change
- A careful review of clients’ nutrition habits, particularly their health and medical histories, dietary supplements and medication use, exercise habits, lifestyle factors, as well as their nutrition, health, and weight-management goals and,
- An optional collection of clients’ height, weight, and waist circumference to track their progress over time.
A rising health and wellness endeavor that is approximately three years removed from its inception, Wellness & Celestial Eats Café is steadily becoming arguably one of America’s finest of its kind.
“My personal mission is to ensure that other families like mine can enjoy themselves while out and about, eating clean and knowing that their fun family time will not be ruined by eating something that they may not be able to tolerate,” Denise Gordon, an accomplished Certified Functional Nutrition Consultant and chef, said. “We should not have to sacrifice what we need to the limitations of what is offered.”
As Denise Gordon explained, the inspiration for starting a health and wellness business stemmed from what she describes as “our own personal family” having experienced food sensitivities and autoimmune health issues.

“Nutrition was the key factor that drove to many breakthroughs of why we were ill and how do we solve it permanently,” Denise Gordon said. “Issues such as thyroid, fibromyalgia, arthritis, leaky gut, etc. “I can listen to a person who may have certain health conditions, but I can tell that they enjoy food as well. The thought of knowing that I can create some amazing dishes that are bursting with flavors, and they cannot even tell that they are eating something that is good for them, and they ask for more, all while seeing the results and reaping benefits of changing their nutrition lifestyle is extremely rewarding.”
A well-established health and wellness venture that routinely services individuals and groups of all ages, Wellness & Celestial Eats Café is starting to attract a global presence, having accommodated clients as far as in Germany, as well as the U. S. states of Washington and Georgia.
Given the sustained success the Gordons have enjoyed through their business in recent years, it’s safe to assume their company’s best and brightest days are well ahead of it — just as they’ve envisioned all along.
“I think it is important to inspire those around me because we all need to be inspired,” Denise Gordon said. “We all need to know that though there are certain limitations, it does not stop us from living the best life that God intended us to have. He created all things for us to enjoy. We should make every effort to enjoy life, unhindered and unbothered.
“Nutrition is a natural medicine,” added Joseph Gordon, 40, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information System Management and a Master’s in Public Administration. “Our body tells a story and nutrition plays a vital role. Without it, our health, mind, and well-being become hindered stagnant.”
