After electing to become a co-author for And Then She Bounced Back!: Standing On Broken Pieces, Hurdle subsequently began composing her chapter in October and recently put the wraps on her written contributions.

Referring specifically to Romans 12:2, Hurdle — when asked what the divine message she’s sending to her reading audience — said: “No matter what, you cannot be conformed to the patterns and behaviors of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so you can prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Now that she’s finally about to witness her authorship debut finally come to fruition, Hurdle said she’s hopeful to produce other published writings in the foreseeable future.

“I just want to thank God, my son, Maya Tyler, and my coauthor sisters,” Hurdle said while referencing Numbers 6:24-26. “May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you His favor and give you His peace.

“(This anthology) is part of being an ambassador for Jesus Christ and sharing how He continues to transform me from the inside out and how He can do it for others,” Hurdle continued. “My purpose, along with the rest of us who have chosen Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, are to point others to Him. This book is just that. A tool or a resource as part of my purpose for others to know how truly real He is.”
