Longtime Houston businesswoman and philanthropist Dr. Sonia White has announced that she will be hosting the inaugural Winners of The World Global Magazine WOW Experience July 1 from New Orleans.
An empowerment assembly that is accompanied by the theme, Power Networking and Building, this WOW Experience will take place in conjunction with the Essence Music Festival, which takes place June 29 through July 3 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Orleans, located at 300 Canal Street.

A well-respected U.S. Veteran and entrepreneur, Dr. White said she anticipates attracting as many as 200 attendees to an event that will include a number of prominent dignitaries and celebrities.
“We have three spectacular events in one day, Dr. White told MHN. “The WOW Experience (will include a) panel of phenomenal celebrity guests and incredible speakers.
Amongst the star-studded lineup of guest appearances include the popular Salt and Pepper Gang, which will host a men’s panel session entitled, What Women Want?
The one-day assembly will culminate with what has been suitably dubbed the Essence of Fashion, a fashion show directed by My Lashley.

Dr. White’s Winners of The World Global Magazine WOW Experience will lure a gallery of celebrity guests, most notably BerNadette Stanis of the classic 1970’s sitcom, Good Times, singer/entertainer Tweet, former pro football player Stevie Baggs, Melanie Sanders, X-It, Founder and CEO Twiler Portis, Dr. Sonja Stribling, Kim Roxie, Lamik Makeup Founder and CEO, former Basketball Wives cast member Kristen Scott, Dutchess of Ink from Blakc Ink, Tim Thorn, the red carpet fashion show host, co-host Dr. Mohair, TIUA Founder and CEO, Dr. Shana Lewis, and singer B.
